The only question I have is how many defendants have already made a deal to save their ass. Wes Dobbs did a report on the accident in which perdick is the at fault party. Wes Dobbs is the leading marine accident expert and has in fact Trained both Ostini and Slaybaugh. At the time of this accident neither Ostini or Slaybaugh had never done a marine fatality investigation and both made critical bad decisions in this accident. Hopefully both are smart enough to make a deal and not risk losing everything and a long Prison sentence.

We need not get to technical on the fact that this is a civil suit, which is associated only with money. However there will be other agencies looking at this trial, and they are both state and federal, if in a civil suit brings enough criminal information out, they have the option of filing charges and or opening investigations. Simply the fact there is a civil suit does not based on that suit, preclude prosecutors from filing charges on what is turned up.

Some are being sued in an offical capacity and others in an individual capacity and some within official/individual capacities. I know that he gave up a lot to help the people of Lake county clean up a corrupt Sheriff's department. He saw it from the inside. The GOB's are afraid of him, because he will do just that. They will use every means to discredit him, and throw all kinds of lies about him before the election. On another note, was the Sheriff's boat that cruised back and forth ouside Anderson's gathering, on duty? If so, why? People haven't seen that before on Blue Lakes when there was no political gathering. More dirty politics with our money. Expect anything to come out of the Mitchell group before the election, and be suspicious of every move. He must be stopped! Vote for Rivero and Anderson!
 

1023 - The Dinius case is a civil suit in federal court. If the defendants lose they will be subject to monitary penalties. If it is shown that the civil rights of Dinius have been violated the US Attorney can consider a federal indictment against those violators which could result in a fine or prison.

I saw the Sheriff's Patrol boat cruising by the Anderson event at Blue Lakes. So did a number of people in attendance. The two men on board were wearing a uniform and we must assume they were on duty. If they are not on duty and acting in an official capacity why are they using county owned equipment, boat, trailer, truck to have a fun cruise on the lake in uniform.

The scene was a little to obvious with the two smiling deputies cruising around past the dock waving at everyone on shore. I'm surprised they weren't flying a flag with Mitchell for Sheriff on it.

I asked people at the Blue Lakes Lodge, and others who lived on the lake how often they see the Sheriff's Boat on the lake. Most said they had never seen it while a couple others said it only shows up after an accident or crowning. This is obviously another political tool by Mitchell using public funds, equipment and personnel to promote his own candidacy.

c. A currently unnamed(pending) property owner

The situation arises from a dispute in which this Russian Immigrant has two pieces of property and was looking into purchasing a third piece of property for an easement situation. This case went to various appeal's associated with the counties planning department and the BOS, and during the course of this process Rob Brown became involved, it is reported that there is an alleged recording in which Rob Brown is to have said to this man "We don't want your kind around here why don't you go back to Tijuana! The federal suit is not filed yet, It is reported that the Federal Court will allow the suit to be filed under the RICO act, this is the fraud and racketeering act that was passed many years ago by the United States to, at the time, go after the Mafia. Now this act is used by citizens and others when they are being attacked by collusion and corruption in local governments big or small and can also be used by the federal government in certain cases of fraud etc.

We are also working on another aspect of this situation which has a connection to the Church of Divine Man in Berkeley, we have made contact with this organization, and are awaiting further contact later today for information gathering. It may be that this church had also been involved in trying to purchase this property. Their exact association is not known...

Not only was the boat patrol at Blue Lakes, just before Don Andersens event a deputy sheriff walked into the Lodge and walked around and left.

When Mitchell was a litlle boy he used to play cowboys and Indians. He was always a cowboy and got his ass whopped by the indians. Ever since he has blamed them for all his problems.
 

Speaking of federal rangers, lets look at that for a minute.

Federal Rangers go to the federal academy which is shorter than the state academy (POST) and the federal academy is not certified by California. They do not receive any state training. Prior to making an arrest, all they have to do is take a three day course. AND POW THEY ARE PEACE OFFICERS.

The cops on Robinson Rancheria are full graduates from the state academy. They continued with even more state training. Both cops have investigated everything from petty theft to homicides. Both were Field Training Officers and one was even a sergeant. I can't think of one LCSO deputy on Patrol and most of Investigations who has more training than the Robinson cops.

Why is Mitchell harassing the Robinson cops. There are not connected to the casino in any way.

Here are the initial details that have been provided:

1. The Federal court in San Francisco California has granted a Russian Immigrant who resides in Lake County permission to file a Federal civil Lawsuit against, if what we will now call allegations are true,the below named defendant and two other entities we will not now name are listed in the documentation provided to the federal court.

a. Rob Brown
b. A currently unnamed(pending) realty company
c. A currently unnamed(pending) property owner

The situation arises from a dispute in which this Russian Immigrant has two pieces of property and was looking into purchasing a third piece of property for an easement situation. This case went to various appeal's associated with the counties planning department and the BOS, and during the course of this process Rob Brown became involved, it is reported that there is an alleged recording in which Rob Brown is to have said to this man "We don't want your kind around here why don't you go back to Tijuana! The federal suit is not filed yet, It is reported that the Federal Court will allow the suit to be filed under the RICO act, this is the fraud and racketeering act that was passed many years ago by the United States to, at the time, go after the Mafia. Now this act is used by citizens and others when they are being attacked by collusion and corruption in local governments big or small and can also be used by the federal government in certain cases of fraud etc.

We are also working on another aspect of this situation which has a connection to the Church of Divine Man in Berkeley, we have made contact with this organization, and are awaiting further contact later today for information gathering. It may be that this church had also been involved in trying to purchase this property. Their exact association is not known...

11:38, That is one of the issues I had with the Department, When I worked there, I would keep up on all the new Case Law coming out with several of the Officers asking what they should/ should not do regarding a case. I also kept going to college, as time allowed, to improve my writing skills. Granted there was not much time for this, but I kept up to date as my family and finances allowed. I think Lovelace should look at the training of the Deputies. I know POST requires several hours of training per year for the POST requirements. When I was with the department, even the Shooting Range hours were under POST Standards. Hopefully this has been corrected for all involved to include the Officers and the Citizens of the county.

Oh kathy F has an HR person you got some real explaining to do. usually in any organization the HR manager has a huge amount of power, as they are the guidance to what can cost you money and lawsuits and what cannot, doesn't look like Kathy Ferguson is much of an manager at.
