Perhaps since you are new here you have not watched the attacks and the attempts to bring us down, all which have failed. When you read about everything from pee-stained underwear to God knows what else the old regime has placed on this site then you understand the neandrathal attitude and lack of intelligence that has riddled this site from those who do not agree with us. The fact that you just moved here which we all doubt the veracity of that statement means you are woefully uninformed. You might want to take a history lesson in to who we are and what we fight for before rendering your rather weak opinion.
 

where has all the common sense gone? What is all this crap about freedom of speech? We all have the same right to freedom of speech, everybody. The Lovelace group simply had the balls to use that right that and create this blog. Of course they had an agenda why else would a group of people start a blog? The lovelace group has had some well earned success kudo's to them, I've got alot of respect for anybody in this co. that actually gets off their ass and accomplish's something. I would agree there are posts that I find offensive, and should be deleted. But many

There have been five Volunteers outright quit over certain actions by the Sheriff to the way dept procedures were not followed, those were long term volunteers who knew more about the laws & procedures than most.

The average sheriff's department in the usa has 24.5 sworn officers I wonder how many we have? 185 employees seems a bit much to me for a small county.
 

I personally don't like any of the cops in this county, but I have a friend who was arrested by Hall years ago. The next day my friend was walking home from the jail on the Rodmond Slough area and Hall stopped and gave him a ride to his house in Lucerne. I thought that was pretty cool. He has a great reputation where I live.
 

looks like Kip Ringen showed up at the cultivation meeting today, and he came in with Randy Johnson, well isn't that nice. Kip crawled out of the woodwork and showed himself, I wonder how that recall is going.

Hey 6:51 made some good points, I'm sure he's on our side let's try and stick together on this folks. The reality of the situation in lake co. is there are hobbiest and there are commercial growers this new ordinance effects us all. I personally feel what their pulling on the small time guys, anybody staying with in ca. state minimums is just plain wrong! and illegal.
 

I could see the point of 651's post, when I was was talking on this site about growers and the importance of mj to our economy I wasn't talking about 6 plant growers either.
 

Funny how the focus of the growing ordinance was suppose to be on large illegal grows yet once again it's the guy who wants to grow a couple of plants and does'nt have a half an acre that gets the shaft. While the "GROWERS" will continue to thrive and in fact do even better due to the fact that many can no longer grow outdoors at all. And for all of the rebublican bashing I hear around here many of you become true free market capitalists when it comes to the subject of MJ.

I remember when the dispensary hearings were taking place some people were posting that it did'nt matter if all of the clubs were shut down because the distribution system for the commodity MJ was in place. I posted that although I could'nt speak for all of the dispensaries I did know of one that helped many people in the community. I pointed out that this distribution system was'nt going to help those displaced by the closing of this dispensary. The response I got was something along the lines of "Yeah clubs are great" and that dispensaries are there to aid in the legalization of MJ. At that point I was done and stopped posting. I don't believe that dispensaries are in place to aid the legalization process. Dispensaries provide safe access and many set up food pantries, distribute free meds and in one case even took up a collection to send a local child to the state spelling bee.
Either way you slice it this ordinance stinks for the regular guy but capitalism is alive and well in Lake County.
 

Well many are talking about six plants because we are not growers or hobbyists. We are patients who are growing enough meds to last. And if we are going to have any chance of sticking together then these commercial growers need not be so condisending. Many hobbyists as you call them backed them up through this process and now that we have been shit on it's all gravy. Wow really?
 

What is the definition of a large illegal grow? I thought a 99 plant or less fully scripted grow on private property was ok? I know the feds don't bother with those grows I've waived to them and they waved back from thier helicopter while I was standing in a 68 plant outdoor grow last year, we put out medical mj signs pointing up with our plant count on them.
 

Oh well I guess if you don't grow enough to contribute to the economy then you don't count. Sorry suck it up and buy your meds think of it as contributing to the economy.
 

Someone heard Randy from Mendocino say well looks like we might get some transfers moving to our county. He was heard mentioning that this was a really poor decision by the BOS, it falls along the same lines as the dispensary ordinance which was stopped. 500,000 dollars in revenue to Mendo county this year based on their grow and disp. program. Stunning to see such small minded people running this county.

We simply see this as a draconian measure. The reality is that next year just as many plants will be grown, the common man is creative and the supply and demand will stay the same. This process of legalization takes several back and forth measures and upheavals wins and losses while approaching legalization. It is our guess that within a year or two at the outside all this will be moot, as it will be further legalized in California and many other states during this period of time. Eventually an MJ plant will be the same as Aunt Martha's tomatoes on a warm summer day.

When you have the bottom feeder mentality of a Rob Brown and his Clone Comstock on the BOS as well as in many instances the other supervisors you are going to have decisions that mirror this counties history and keeps it poor and un-progressive. The comments from the Neanderthal Rob Brown about you can leave my county if you want to grow it is exactly why this county remains stuck in the doldrums of ineptitude. He is saying hey were poor dumb and we don't care, you just go away if you don't like our county. This attitude has stymied and suffocated this county for many decades. They have no vision, they cannot see the major crop Hemp would be, they can not see how the could capitalize in the same way Oakland has and other locations. They and dull and uncreative. As each opportunity comes to pass for removing any of these people everyone better get it together and get it done. While the wine industry controls the county like a puppet on a string, and contributing very little to the local economy while shipping out grapes and having wine made at other locations and taking the profit. The county misses the opportunities and falls pry to the wine tourist dream the wine growers are feeding them. Wine grapes have destroyed more forest acreage then MJ ever will, and have dumped more chemicals in the Lake the MJ ever did or could.

It is fair to say that the reasons for Lake Counties failure to be a successful thriving and progressive community is a direct result of the low brow mentality of those who have governed this county for many years.

If you don't fight this ordnance and you plan to grow your medicine inside your home You have invited Rick Cole into your bedrooms with his tape measure and volt meter.
How and when will Rick Measure your grow room and voltage?
Will it be by appointment?
Since the ordnance is not clear on who's homes will be allowed to grow inside, will Rick be able to randomly kick in your door on the suspicion that you are growing to measure your bedrooms and voltage?
What if you are not growing anything and you just don't want Rick in your bedrooms with his tape measure and volt meter?
What if you just don't want "just anybody" coming into your house and bedrooms?
What if your neighbor "suspects?" you are growing but your not and your neighbor calls Rick and you still don't want Rick or anyone else from the government snooping in your bedrooms?
Will you be arrested for not letting them in?
With this ordnance you have invited Rick and anyone he chooses to come into your home and bedrooms and "look around?" Regardless if your growing or not.

Guilty until you prove yourself innocent to Rick and the BOS.
Is that what you want?

Hey LL for one thing you aren't talking about hemp and good money says you guys would fight hemp since the pollen would dramatically impact the MJ grows to the point that most of the outdoor would become worthless. A single hemp plant can pollinate a ten square mile area.

I doubt that this was some conspiracy cooked up by Tom, Rivero and coel. Just more short sided thinking by many in power including Rivero. Mendocino probably will get many transplants and that is due in part to Rivero's refusal to adopt a program like Mendocino's that generates revenue.

I've got alot of friends I help. Things get a little tricky when you maintain mothers year round and the plant count goes through the roof when you make clones. Developing strains puts the plant count through the too. I've been doing this along time and have put alot of work in this industry and once again sorry if I affended you.
 

Ok lets talk about the economy. Just because you only grow very few plants for personal use does'nt mean you don't contribute to the economy. As someone pointed out I'm not even a grower but I do have a job and contribute by paying taxes. How much do growers pay in income tax?

It most certainly is Rivero's job to investigate and terminate any officer for misconduct! There is no statue of limitations at all for misconduct. Rivero stated during his campaign that he would investigate these incidents. Rivero has not conducted any investigation or terminated one deputy for the Dinius case or for racial discrimination? Rivero said those things to get elected, that's the bottom line.

Lovelace, I have sat back for several days just watching the Blog and what took place @ the BOS meeting. Thank you for stating that you did not support Sheriff Rivero's recent involvement in the Cultivation Ord. and hopefully we can get it changed. Thank You @ Ron Green for helping the hobby gardeners who only grow 3 or 4 plants for their own needs. If this Cult. Ord. does not get changed, our Sheriff will have place several of his BEST supporters in harms way. I will continue to grow my familys Meds along with my tomatoes, cukes and bell peppers regardless of what the BOS or Our Sheriff says! The good Lord, the voters of this state via prop 215 and my doctor say I can!

Then this latest BS with the DA's office (which I have been predicting) was bound to happen considering all of the drinking and carrying on that bunch does.
I am shocked that the CHP did not step up and run this DDA Growth (pun intended) in the same way other citizens would/have been and leave him to suffer the same way others have in front of his peers and friends with his face splattered all over LakeSheriff.com! Here is a little info on the CHP side of your story: check and see if one of the CHP officers involved is Parrsh. He has a DIRECT connection to the DDA's, their deputy drinking buddies/wives.

This is the Lovelace group at 5:00 we will post the completion of a very important and serious situation that has happened in our county. We will finish our preparations and gather some final documentation, and report it to the citizens on the Blog please stand by for that announcement. First we will comment on today's post and clarify a few things we have seen posted today. As all of you can see no posts have been removed, none deleted, why? Because for the most part you are working within the guidelines we have set up. There have been several posts with caps today and several with profanity that we have left up as some of them had decent content. We will post our thoughts on todays comments and then move on to the investigation that has just been completed.

We also want to make this statement concerning the MJ issues in this county. We the Lovelace group are in agreement with the public in general that the sheriff did not come down on the right side of the fence and did not live up to the expectations that the public had on how he was going to conduct himself on this issue. We felt it was important for everyone to voice their opinions on the subject and their concerns without our intervention, as you can see over the past few days we have not put a post up on this issue of any significance. We urge those of you who supported the sheriff in the elections to be very cautious, we know that the old GOB network is placing posts on the Blog trying to play the game of divide and conquer. In other words they are posting as if they are growers or consumers of MJ and complaining about the decisions and actions the sheriff is taking in regards to MJ. We do not support the stance the sheriff has taken on MJ, we however are not throwing the baby out with the bath water. We have the ability and time to approach and react to this miscalculation by the sheriff on this subject. So use caution and be controlled when in discussion on this event this is just one of many issues in the county, and the sheriff is coming down exactly how we wanted on many other approaches and concerns. However to repeat we do not agree with his stance on the MJ decisions. There is by the way much more to come in regards to both the cultivation and dispensary issues, this is not even close to being over. The vote of the BOS on the cultivation issue was a payback for the stopping of the dispensary nightmare they created, it did not make them happy that the referendum was passed and they got it handed right back to them. This is how the game of politics in this county is played.

This one is kinda a funny one and we will straighten it out real quick for you, no Tom Carter did not work with Coel and Rivero to create this vote nor this condition for the decisions. You should all be aware that is a completely laughable concept. But that one is being put forth by the GOB's on the Blog, anyone who falls for that one is their own worst enemy. The Blog has been exploding with comments the past few days and is growing rapidly into the main communication link for the citizens of the county and we need to keep this open dialog going for the greater good of the county and the move toward continued change and transparency.

The radio show by the sheriff today was quite interesting, he totally cleared the table on the Mitchell fiasco by Donny, and it does not show Donny in a good light and this was a wrong move to make when he cut this Meth head loose. Very poor judgment and no way can his insistence on moral values be his excuse for doing so. Next is the very interesting peace offering by Frace, the sheriff indicated that he received notification from Frace that Frace and the DSA want to stop the fighting and move on to a more productive situation. Well that is a decent peace offering, and if we were in the DSA's or any of the other GOB's shoes we would offer the same thing and we would do it quickly. It appears that some of the dissenters have decided they have had enough. The towel has been thrown in and they want to make peace. We of course will watch this carefully and see how productive it really is. One would suspect the dumb idea of an appeal for Paulich is now out the window.

We had mentioned in one of our last posts that we were working on additional investigations, we have just received significant information on one of these and it is very interesting, and along with that we have received and are now going to check it over the weekend a report that if true will add to the DDA Grothe situation in such a way that it makes what we just reported on 3 times as bad. This information if the validity of it holds true and we believe it is 100% will bring a hard jack hammer down on a lot of peoples heads. This information will expand this cover-up to other agencies and individuals and raise's the stakes of this fraud to a very high level. We wish we could post it now, but we need to verity a few more items and we plan on posting this on Monday we will update the citizens further as Monday approaches. We therefore issue this advice: If you have knowledge of this situation, it would be wise to contact us and come clean with everything. if you issue any statement concerning it better carry all the facts and details, if you are going to dance, your legs will be cut out from underneath you. This is not going to be a small issue that goes away, this is going to cause significant upheaval in our local government and implicate other agencies as well.

Additional information on the cite and release program is this: This program is NOT approved for use in Lake County, this is an experimental program the CHP is running and is only in the testing stages. This option should not have been utilized in any situation ever in Lake County. As you can see this already raises the bar of accountability and what may follow on Monday will only add to the fire of deception and corruption.

Anderson is out of control and does nothing but talk baseball and women and take cheap racist shots at Rivero around the office. He brags about his facebook women connections and talks openly in the office about having cheated on Jennifer and how he married her so she could get heathcare to treat her cancer. He doesn't even live with her. This is one of many moves that is costing the taxpayers a fortune thanks to Don.

He rode in on Rivero's coat tails and does nothing but attack him and release criminal. The only thing stopping an Anderson recall is the money (about 50K according to a Sacremento consultant). Several of Anderson's own DDA are on board and trying to get Doug Rhodes or Michael Friel on board as a candidate. We have asked Rivero (who has the money at his disposal) to fund the recall. So far Rivero has not gotten on board, but I think he has had enough of Anderson and his crew. The giveaway plea bargain with Mitchell may be the last straw and get him to open his wallet. Meanwhile we will continue to explore all our options.

in 2007, Derik Navarro was harassing two young people that I know. Stopping them in public places, belittling them. He then set them up; followed them; planted drugs in the passenger side of the vehicle, where the young girl was sitting; arrested her and confiscating the young man's personal tools, and other very valuable items. The young girl [was around 18-19] was devastated because she had never been arrested nor treated in this manner. Had to go on tranquilizers and just had a very bad experience.
When she went to court the Judge dropped the case stating that the drugs found were negative. This is what this ass__________got away with before anyone knew he was a molester. The young girls boyfriend lost his truck, all of his valuable tools and had no recourse against this corrupted cop who thought he could do anything he wanted including the destruction of lives by his lying hand. Derik Navarro stinks, and by the way, he ruined this young {sexual victim] girl's life; she continued having sex with all kinds of guys because of what Navarro did to her. She was once beautiful and innocent. Funny the trial was postponed for 5 years; after the girl turned 21.
I heard that when her father found out he almost killed Navarro; but instead reported it to the Sheriff's Dept., that's when Navarro got arrested. Any case that Navarro had been on was hushed and thrown out by Herrick and Martin because they knew ahead of time the consequences. The scene Navarro was in was horrible. He's no good.

This is the Lovelace group of concerned citizens with an evening post;

In this post we are going to ask the citizens to consider a set of factors and conditions associated with the recent revelations in the Derik Navarro child rape case taking place in our county. We have several concerns and opinions that we wish to express to the public, and are asking you to consider these ideas as part of the overall preview of this terrible incident and the associations to this same end.

It has been brought to our attention that the AG governing this case may not have been shown nor given the full transcripts of this case. These transcripts have been published on the Blog over the past two days. The purpose of this publication was first to allow the citizens to see the full and uncensored accounting of Mr. Navarro and second to expose in full the deeds and actions of Mr. Navarro.

The current plan is to ensure that the AG lawyer in this case Becca McClaren is given the full transcripts that we have been exposing on this Blog. We have also received inside information which indicates that the relationship between Don Anderson and the Navarro's was not fully revealed to the AG representative. We will also ensure that this information is fully documented and given to the AG lawyer. When we speak in terms of the personal and working relationship between Donny and the Navarro brothers, we would like the citizens to think about these conditions. Donny and the Navarro's are very close friends, was this told to the AG? Donny prior to the start of Deriks untoward actions with the young women had and to this day continues a close relationship with both Navarro brothers, it indeed begs the question of how much did our DA know of these activities, we hope in the long run this is brought to bear in a truthful and transparent manner no matter if Donny did or did not know of these activities and to what degree. Sean Navarro it is reported has received work from Donny in the past and some are reporting he continues to receive investigative work from the DA. We ask the citizens to think carefully on these connections and relationships. Derik works for Sean and has been doing work with him even since the sexual exploits were exposed.

We then ask the citizens to consider this: If in fact as the transcripts indicate Sean was aware of Deriks activities, and reported nothing and allowed it to continue unreported is there not criminal charges against Sean that should be brought to bear? What level of detail was the AG given? What pieces of information were left out? What role did the DA play or not play in this light sentence? The truth surrounding these questions shall be the standard bearer of our DA keeping his current position or losing it.

As the holidays approach we know that this situation will slip in and out of peoples thoughts. Our goal is to continue to investigate this situation, to contact directly Ms. McClaren, and to keep this in the forefront of the citizens through-out the holidays. We have until the first week of January, to petition Judge Blum, and to raise our concerns that he not rubber stamp this plea, we have until the first week of January to bring this into full view of those of the public who are not aware of this situation. We ask for all of you to assist us in this undertaking, send us information to the sheriff mitchell e-mail account, contact judge Blum's contacts to express your opinion, and as well your representative on the BOS.

I fully agree that any connection between DA Anderson and Derik Navarro be revealed. It appears there is a witch hunt on to obtain information. I hope information does come forward to help put this piece of scum in jail for a term that matches his crimes and register as a sex offender. He needs to be kept track of.
 

I believe the public has a right to get a full and complete disclosure from the DA concerning the level of his involvement, and the public deserves an accounting of what information was given to the AG lawyer. This is classic conflict of interest. It doesn't matter if the AG comes out and says "yes we were given all documents and transcripts and we reviewed them all and because of factors x y and z we made this ruling. Regardless of their reason why, it is very important that people rise to the occasion and demand transparency in this matter. There is not a single GOB who could deny that this is a reasonable and worthy request by the public and that this conflict of interest should be exposed. It does not matter how Donny has indicated he has recused himself when taking office on this matter. If in fact he had important information or documentation regardless of his status in the matter he should have come forward with it and interview with the AG. Perhaps he did, perhaps he did not. None the less all these questions and more demand an answer in the name of transparency and honesty.
 

Do you people seriously want a judge to decide a sentencing issue based on public opinion? Doesn't anyone see why that's a very bad idea?
 

Oh please 741 loose the naivety, you bet judges have to take into public safety, opinion, along with legal disposition in "sentencing". Also if you think for a minute that the judges don't listen to public opinion when it is time for reelection you really are living a life of illusion. Stop acting like a judge is not human, and don't for a minute think that this judge can't stick within the sentencing guidelines and give him a far greater sentence.This is not about the judge weighing public opinion against written law, it is about a judge weighing a sentencing decision within which he has highs and lows of penalty which he can sentence with, and you can be quite sure that the local communities opinion is weighed by the judge. He cannot judge guilty or not guilty based on public opinion, perhaps that is what you may be referencing.

Anderson had a conflict in the Navarro case because he represented Navarro at the Skelly hearing after Mitchell terminated Navarro; the termination was based on the same facts as the case. Anderson had an absolute duty to conflict out. Once he conflicts out, he and his office have nothing more to do with the case, period. He has no say in the disposition. Whatever you think of Don, the AG would be endangering his career and his bar card by talking to Anderson about the case. Anderson was mostly a civil attorney but he did do some criminal law; conflicts are inevitable. But there would have been far more conflicts had Rhoades been elected, because criminal is all he did. Once we had the choice between those two in the runoff, conflicts handled by the AG are unavoidable.
 

The issue before Judge Blum is whether or not to accept a plea bargain. If he accepts the plea bargain, then Navarro gets the sentence he bargained for. If Blum rejects the plea bargain, then everything is back to square one, the charges are reinstated, and he can have his trial. Blum can't give him more time then is called for by the plea bargain, he can only reject it, he can't change it. I guarantee you that Judge Blum will not consider public opinion because that it would be a violation of his duty as a judge to consider public opinion in determining whether or not to accept the plea. I agree that this plea bargain is a travesty of justice and I hope he rejects it and I hope the AG sends someone with some balls down here to try the case. But this isn't American Idol, judges don't take polls to figure out what to do.

Actually the dispensary push just took an extra step, in other words both the grow ordinance and the dispensary ordinance will be going to the vote of the citizens, the BOS is being bypassed, the Grow iniative was done correctly the first time, the dispensary one let it go back to the BOS and that was the mistake, sooooo now both will simply go to a vote of the citizens, the grow in June the dispensary next November.

In the true reality of it, none of matters, as has been said, MJ is available within 10 minutes anywhere in the county, use, growing, selling etc will continue to increase regardless of what the county says is acceptable or not, the only real issue is the older folks who get it from the dispensaries, and now for a short time will find themselves not able to get it from there, however anyone can help them with that and get them what they need in an instant. The initiative, referendum, ordinance goo gaa is more about the process of legalization then it is about any decline in usage or selling of the product. I mean really while for the past 10 years it has been federally illegal, it has grown one hundred fold, sooooooo the writing is on the wall it all just takes a bit of time.I mean think about that the feds have spent in the billions and billions of dollars in the past 10 years to see a 100 fold increase, would that not tell you it is time to give up the ghost and treat it like Alcohol??? Common sense says that but then again common sense doesn't reside in the likes of the Rob Browns of the world.
 

1128 you are actually correct in your statement, the reality is if it becomes federally legalized, the bottom drops out of the price in a big big way. The cost associated with growing proper MJ in the 17 to 22 percent THC range is huge. It takes a lot of money, time, overhead etc etc indoor or outdoor no matter there are big costs involved the only thing keep those growers going is the price based on the fact the feds keep it illegal. It is such a simple solution to legalize it. Yet for some reason, it doesn't seem to click in their little minds.

One of our people noticed something they thought was a bit odd concerning the inability to get on the LCN website. As all of you know they are having massive issues, and in the name of fair play, we have left a message on Lizzy's cell and home phone indicating to them that we may have some information that could help them figure it out. Now if they and others set the paranoia aside, they should give us a call back. Some may ask why we would assist them. Here is the answer, if two race car drivers are in a heated race, or let's say in the Tour de France bike races, you may have noticed that two people are neck and neck, but one of them goes down, or spins out. The other competitor will stop their ride and wait for the other person to recover. This is called being a professional, and knowing that it is the competition that is important not winning because a mishap happen to the other side. This along with the fact we would not want this to be happening to our site anymore then their site. Now from a knowledge of computer perspective we do not have the skill set to attack a web site or otherwise cause havoc on one. Some of us are older and just are not that techy. Sooooo we think it more then fair to offer what may be nothing or may be of help to them should they choose to return our call. If they don't out of fear or paranoia so be it, you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make them drink. We will not post the possible information that could help on the Blog as if it were something significant we would not want to let those involved know about it. We also have a theory of whom we think it is. That to we would pass on to them, again this is just a guess, and that is all, but again should they choose to contact us fine, if not that is fine as well.
 

Last note on this subject is this, to Lizzy and Johnny if you are spending any time or money with the idea that it is Lovelace doing this, we urge you to stop, we are not, nor have we in the past. Your time, money, and efforts will truly be better spent focusing in another direct and possible answers. Again if you choose to continue to spend this time and effort in our direction, that is your choice, but you will have wasted valuable time and monies in the process.

By the way all these niceties we are putting out changes nothing in regards to our opinion of the agenda based process Lizzy and Johnny are running at LCN, and we will of course continue to call them on it as we in the past and will continue to in the future. Good morning Lake County this is the Lovelace group of concerned citizens with a morning post.

As we approach Christmas eve and the new year, we begin to look back at the past years events and what the new year will bring. Sometime around the first of the year we will lay out what we believe the next year will bring and what the potential models and actions will be in continuing the movement towards change, transparency, and honesty in our local government. As most all of you know, the citizens Blog has grown and become the main communication medium in the county. It is now well known that if you want information to go out to either individuals, groups, or any elected official this is the place to get that information out. We are proud of all the work our investigators, members and the citizens have accomplished to those ends. Some of the things that we believe will be accomplished as the new year arrives will be listed and distributed following the new year, but examples of this are the passing of both the grow and dispensary movements which will remove the decision making from the hands of the Oligarch elitist in this county. It is unfortunate that those of such low intellectual and moral values had in the past taken control of the power base in our county, we must continue to be prudent and watchful of their attempts to hold on to the last vestiges of power. We will attack any such efforts with the same energy and thoughtfulness as we have in the past two years. As this Blog serves as a sounding board for the county, we continue to have the low brow knuckle dragging Neanderthals exposing themselves on our site. We suspect in their continued frustration at the loss of power they will continue to do so, it will of course be to no avail. In the end change will come, those in power eventually removed, and the citizen will take full control of our county. For now it is approaching Christmas, we wish all of you special moments with those you Love and care for, and we ask you to fortify your resolve and determination in our continued cause for justice. I agree with 11:54. I read the post before it was deleted and I think Lovelace acted hastily. I have never agreed with LTGOB, but the post, in an odd way, seemed respectful to me. The post did not violate any of Lovelace's rules. If we are going to have a debate about it, maybe you could put the post back up so others could see it.
