Hell with the debt this county is going to go into with the Valley fire, it would be great to make them go full out just to try and get a minor conviction on a backyard grow. Also heard that within a week some interesting news is coming out on old Robby Brown. Not pretty from what I understand. We shall see.

Dumbshit left a paper trail (well email)and they have copies which will make the way into Murphy's lawyers hands when the time comes..Now they wait because they know Dufus DA will charge it. The hope is once this breaks open people will see Big Belly for what he is who knows, maybe a recall could happen.

I live in the 3000 block of Finley East Rd and these people have never been a problem. This last year when there was an issue concerning our property and other people in the area, the LCSD had a ridiculous response time and as usual were no help. This ranch has been owned by the same family 85+ years and never had a positive response time from LCSD or the Kelseyville fire dept. My family has had the same experience with these same departments on the North Shore where we have owned substantial property since the 1940's, pay our fair share of taxes etc. Maybe if we grew some pot?

I am thrilled that they have been stopped ... & no, I have no silver spoon, I'm retired after working hard all my life. For those of you attacking our Sheriff's try living next door to one of these houses: the smell is unbearable, generally with all the pot & cash, they are a high target for theft, endangering the neighborhood, & eroding my sense of security in my own home. I am sick of it! A legal grow is fine, when it is regulated & not infringing on their neighbor's rights. So I say, keep up the good work, and maybe, eventually you will get to my neighbors.

We all know what has been happening, from the beginning with Tom and the backfire with Bruce, to LCM and then to Phil Murphy, they are and have been trying to send a message.

Well news boys it hasn't worked and it won't work. We are on your ass and we will continue to be on your ass as we have been for 6 years running. You have and will be exposed and you cannot stop us. Martin has simply brought back the old Mitchell ways and we knew that was coming. We tried to warn Ron Green, but Ron was to filled with himself. That is to bad, some learn their lessons by hurting others by their own actions. Ron we hope you have now learned your lessons.

For many years we have been telling the citizens what was happening and what this county was really about. The deep corruption, the illegal activity, who the players are and what means they will go to for their own ends and keeping themselves in power. We told everyone you do not take these people for anything then what they are, and you attack them with all you have. This has now come full circle and it is out and in the open now. As you all now can see the BOS vote of no confidence, the attempted recall on Rivero, the not giving pay raises to the deputies all of it, was those in power scared to death of the truth and exposure that Rivero was bringing to the front. You all remember us nailing Donnie directly after he came in office when they and the CHP tried to slip the drunk accident of DDA Art Grothe by everyone by giving him a free ride home, and cover it up. This was just the beginning of what was coming. We screamed from the rooftops nailed the CHP and exposed Donnie for the corrupt chump he is. Rich Hinchcliff is one who still has a price to pay for his participation in that and the failed attempt to attack Lovelace. Hinchcliff, your due will, believe it, we don't forget, and we will make you remember. That message goes out to all of you GOB's. You cannot and will not keep the citizens down.

Prescription painkiller deaths fall in medical marijuana states

in the 23 U.S. states where medical marijuana has been legalized, deaths from opioid overdoses have decreased by almost 25 percent, according to a new analysis.

“Most of the discussion on medical marijuana has been about its effect on individuals in terms of reducing pain or other symptoms,” said lead author Dr. Marcus Bachhuber in an email to Reuters Health. “The unique contribution of our study is the finding that medical marijuana laws and policies may have a broader impact on public health.”

California, Oregon and Washington first legalized medical marijuana before 1999, with 10 more following suit between then and 2010, the time period of the analysis. Another 10 states and Washington, D.C. adopted similar laws since 2010.

For the study, Bachhuber, of the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the University of Pennsylvania, and his colleagues used state-level death certificate data for all 50 states between 1999 and 2010.

In states with a medical marijuana law, overdose deaths from opioids like morphine, oxycodone and heroin decreased by an average of 20 percent after one year, 25 percent by two years and up to 33 percent by years five and six compared to what would have been expected, according to results in JAMA Internal Medicine.

Meanwhile, opioid overdose deaths across the country increased dramatically, from 4,030 in 1999 to 16,651 in 2010, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Three of every four of those deaths involved prescription pain medications.

Of those who die from prescription opioid overdoses, 60 percent have a legitimate prescription from a single doctor, the CDC also reports.

Medical marijuana, where legal, is most often approved for treating pain conditions, making it an option in addition to or instead of prescription painkillers, Bachhuber and his coauthors wrote.

Hear tell the internal strife in the sheriffs office is over the top. Deputies not happy with the sheriffs tactics nor how he is running the department. You may have noticed there have been very little to no Meth busts, the focus is gone, and Martin appears to be scared and out of touch with what he was elected to do. Many deputies are looking for other employment opportunities outside of the county and Martin cannot bring anyone in. Crime is up across the board in the county and Martin's watch out for my friends Mitchell way of management is killing moral in the county. This guy has got to think about leaving office before he destroys the entire department.
 

Bring back Rivero! Only thing is, he wouldn't come back if you paid him a million bucks. STATE OF THE BUD REPORT FOR THE LC

Well to say the least this has been an award winning year. The fairly rapid temperature drop over the past two weeks accelerated the buds coming to maturity. To say the least the product is beyond outstanding through-out the LC. Without hesitation we can report that the new strains like Candy Cane, Sugar drop and others have pushed the high mark up in not only taste and smoothness but they are lights out in THC percentages. There is no doubt that our local growers have exceeded expectations. Some of the techniques they are using are being utilized across the country. The GOB's, the BOS, and all the citizens of Lake County should be proud and give huge props to our local boys for not only the finest crops yet produced, but for putting the LC on the map and known through out this state. Without the hard work and dedication of these professional growers the counties economic woes would have forced them into a near downfall. Only by these good people's effort and monetary input to the county does this place survive. But enough of that on to a basic overview of this years efforts

The Sativa's are crystal delight, as smooth as a light breeze when smoked, and the flavors are extraordinarily fine. Sweet, and mellow very earthy. The various strains which number in the thousands this year produce a high that is creative, heady and with very little downhill impact. Very good for a few tokes before a meeting, or family event. Or taking the dog for a walk, or chilling on a movie. This year the reality of a 2 hit buzz has been easily achieved.

The Indica's this year also exceed any previous high mark. They produce an amazing body high, and you go right into a chilled out mode, but be aware the majority of this years strains are creeper big time. Try a couple of hits and put it down, wait 20 minutes, then decide if you want anymore. Fair warning. LOL

Quantities this year are far and away going to keep the LC in the number one status in the state. Everything is now in, and on it's way or trim is finishing, and the product is on the market in the LC from Upper Lake to even Middle town. For those interested in the environmental side the majority is all organic, and the clean, neat taste and texture tells you that. If you do run into any with that slightly odd smell or taste to it, move in 90% is very clean and available.

On a comparative basis our MJ here in the LC has 100 times the strains and hybrids of wine, far exceeds it's monetary value, is far less damaging to the local environment, and of course far better for you then alcohol. Along with that the complication of growing and understanding the process and procedures of growing proper MJ makes even the finest winemakers work look like child's play.

So a big shout out to the growers out there. Amazing job, you are to be richly rewarded for you efforts we are sure.

This is clearly an illegal and retaliatory move by Martin. As we know he is nothing more than a Mitchell clone. Phil is on the attack and this is not pretty for Martin and sheriffs department. Those comments by the deputies and all the associated details paints a scathing review of Martin and some of his thugs. Below, The Letter.

I would like to have a meeting between you, me and xxx xxxx soon to discuss what your policy is on cannabis cultivation here, as apparently some of your deputies have a different interpretation than you have publicly stated. As I'm sure you know, yesterday I was arrested with my girlfriend for illegal cultivation, in spite of the fact that I grew 26 plants on a measure N compliant site for seven 215 patients including myself and girlfriend, and we had current scripts and collective agreements which were all taken by your deputies (including my only copy of my own script). Before I planted anything I told Frank what I was doing and was assured that if I followed measure N regs there would be no problem, I also invited [Captain] Chris Macedo to come and inspect my grow at any time - I also informed all my neighbors.

Deputy Steven Herdt told me yesterday that measure N "means nothing to us, it's meaningless", is this your new policy? Even under the state regs he quoted we had less than four plants per person, so I don't see how we were even outside any cultivation regs - state or county. Also, your deputies took firearm related items from my home without any legal cause, as they were all unrestricted parts that even a convicted felon could buy or posses legally. Herdt also refused to look at any of my legal documents/scripts - are they "meaningless" too? They took an entire M72 parts kits and several California legal blocked high capacity mags (again, legal for anyone to buy or own-even children and felons). They also took miscellaneous rifle parts and a belt drum for what reason I can't fathom. BTW, ALL my firearms are registered to me and were bought in local gun shops, and none have any illegal modifications, so I expect to get them all back after this case is dismissed.

Another oddity is that twice I was locked in small cells with the guy who burglarized my shop Sunday night, a large man who was experiencing heroin withdrawals. Why? I was locked alone with this bum for half an hour in a room not much bigger than a phone booth, - is this SOP [Standard Operating Procedure]?

I am also not happy with the way your deputies treated my home, they trashed it and broke stuff, and seemed to take a lot of interest in my girlfriend's lingerie drawers for some reason - they were the only drawers that were emptied of everything on the floor. They didn't need a search warrant, I would have let them in if they had asked - why not since I had nothing to hide?

As we see the chance of some heavy rains today. It brings up the subject of Rob Brown, Brian Martin and OES in our county. After their complete failure with the Valley fire and the cost of lives as a result, we need to explore how prepared these people are for possible mud flows and slides in the burn areas. What should have been done already is a running list of who on a daily basis is in the burn areas subject to mud slides. The ability to contact those people and by what means should already be gathered. Roving patrols of the entire area during heavy rains should already be in place and operational. Set evacuation plans should already be in place and individuals who are working or living in the area should be on hand. I can assure you none of this is in place. There is a list of 10 to 20 items for protection of the people there and giving the ability to quickly respond to the area, with deputies rotating 24-7 during heavy rains or storms should be already in place. Of course none of this is being done and nothing is in place. These are just some of the items and systems for tracking and reacting that the county should have in place and operational. But they do not. This is how the Valley fire reaction was blown by Martin, Brown, and the rest. Deaths could happen again, and we will hear more excuses. Operating this county is totally over the heads of these GOB's totally.

Wa... it was 7500 pot plants, the vast majority of which were on Rob's neighbor's land.
 

Ask Brian Martin why he took Rob Brown's address off the police report and only listed the aerial location?? Did he do that with Phil? And Brian was the deputy writing the report at the time. They also said they buried the crop???Really never seen that done before. But wait according to Rob it was all the fault of the Mexicans. The grow belonged to Rob's neighbor which explains the water coming from his tank. It was behind a very large patch of brush and extended onto Rob's land. If you had been there you would know why it was not visible except from the neighbor's side until Rob hired the guy to do some clearing. That is when it was discovered. Only a small portion of the grow was on Rob's land, probably because the Mexicans didn't know where the property line was.
 

I heard Rob say that he was shooting into the bushes HOPING! to hit a Mexican?
That alone should be reason to take Rob Browns guns away.

Police reports show that 95% of the grow was on Rob's land. There was only a small section where the waterlines Rob used to attach to his neighbors water supply that was on the neighbors land. Brian hid the address because he was protecting Rob Brown. The neighbor discovered that there were attachments to his tank, and went to Rob when he saw the grow. Rob pretended not to know what was going on and got with Mitchell to create a scheme of Mexicans doing the grow, and no one ever ever saw or knew what was going on. LOl 7500 plants with all the dirt digging growing watering etc. and no one saw a thing!!!! Ya ok, hey got's real nice piece of property in Cobb for you fella, you should check it out.

11/10 11:05 - Many criminal defendants are victims. Just ask anyone who has been falsely accused of a crime. Ask them about how much it cost them to make bail, if they did. If they didn't make bail, ask them how it felt to spend months and months in a county jail, away from their family and loved ones. Ask them how much it cost them to hire an attorney and investigator who were not part of the public defender system and overloaded with so many cases it is impossible to give each case adequate time. Ask them about the retirement account they had to tap to hire that attorney and how the loss of that account will impact their ability to retire. Ask them about the nights they lost sleep worrying about what will happen to their family if they go to prison for a crime they didn't commit. Ask them about the job they lost because they were in jail and/or falsely accused of a crime, and ask them how long it took them to replace that job, if they ever did. Ask them what happened to their family while they were unemployed. This is what happens to a person when the "system" tries to make a crime out of acts that are not criminal. And finally, 11:05, I don't know who you are, But, if you are any part of the law enforcement or legal system in this county, shame on you.

Just in time for Veterans Day, the Senate passed the Fiscal Year 2016 Military Construction and Veteran Affairs (MilCon-VA) Appropriations Bill, which will include a stipulation for the first time ever to allow doctors in the Veterans Administration to recommend medical marijuana to their patients in states where it is legal.


This is not the first time that Congress has tried to gain medical cannabis access for veterans. Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) of the House of Representatives has introduced the Veterans Equal Access Act not once, but twice in the past two years, only for the bill to stall in the Subcommittee on Health. This time, the bipartisan amendment was introduced by Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) and was included in the Senate Appropriations committee this past May.

When Moriah Barnhart’s 2-year-old daughter Dahlia was attacked by intense tremors, fever and nausea in May 2013, she rushed the girl to a Tampa emergency room. A week later, after surgery for an aggressive and cancerous brain tumor, Dahlia couldn’t eat, walk or talk.

Three weeks later, her left side partly paralyzed, Dahlia was moved to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis for experimental treatments. She soon stopped breathing, a device had to be implanted in her skull to drain excess fluid, and her chemotherapy drugs had spread sores throughout her mouth and gastrointestinal tract. Subsequent treatments caused nerve and brain damage, vomiting and weight loss.

Barnhart was determined to save her daughter’s life, but she agonized as the child struggled with pain and sickness. “You want to save your child. That’s your first and foremost instinct,” she said. “But after watching them suffer for so long it becomes a question of quality of life.”

Finally, after six months, Barnhart decided to try alternative treatments, ordering whole-plant extract cannabis oil sent to St. Jude’s and giving it to her daughter through a syringe. Dahlia, her mother said, awoke the next morning with a regular appetite after sleeping for more than a few hours for the first time in her life.

Marijuana is illegal in Florida in all forms. But at that point, Barnhart said, “there was no looking back.” In 2014, Barnhart founded CannaMoms, an organization that helps parents get information on medical cannabis, raises money for families and research, and petitions for the federal reclassification of marijuana.

Prompted by their children’s suffering, parents have risked prosecution and uprooted their families to use medical marijuana, sometimes leaving states where it is not legal for those where it is. The Lake County Board of Supervisors, at today's scheduled meeting, rescinded its own zoning ordinance stemming from the Valley Fire. Governor Brown issued a Declaration of Emergency for Lake County due to the fire.

The BOS zoning ordinance that Rob Brown tried to impose on the valley fire survivors will follow him to the voting booth.

Just another MJ end of season update for everyone. You GOB's included just because we know how much it pisses you off. As reported this has been an off the chart year for MJ in the LC. Keeping little Brian and Coel in the box has even furthered the quantities. But the real news is reports from several folks, each that came out of the grow year with roughly 150 pounds a piece of the finest. And here is the amazing part already half of that finished product has been sold with the price going at 1500 a pound. Well GOB's you do the math on that just to blow your minds. But even further is the product is being sold in Ukiah and Humbolt. That's right Humbolt, the weed is so good from here that they can move it in a county of the Emerald Triangle without a problem. Well to say the least this year has been stellar, and now our product is going not only to the north land but across the country. A great year, and you local GOB's and elected officials need to give big props to our local growers, for keeping the LC on the map and economically functional. For without it, this place would blow away in the wind. Great job to all our local growers. Oh uh we went ahead and did the math for ya....1500 x150= 225,000 dollars. And that's just one guy boys and girls. But hey you goobers stick to your guns, I mean one of your own said the soul of the county is at stake if we allow MJ ya know. LOL silly GOB's.

The French can have guns, the key differences are that they don't have a Second Amendment and they can have higher capacity handgun magazines.

Isis has taken far to much land and power as this uncoordinated crap we and others have been doing has been going on. We are weak now as a nation, and no one including Putin thinks we have any balls.
