There is a lot on the table. teachers jobs, the mj initiative, the county going broke as we find Brown using funds for a fake storage shed.... but I'm curious about when the Dinius court case will happen. I know it takes a long time, but I can't wait to see our local lying gobs appear in court, and have to face people testifying the truths that were not allowed in the criminal trial. Anyone have any date?

817, the reality is the sheriff would be taking no action, if he were not defending himself on a daily basis against Donny. Think about it, the last two actions taken by Donny were the hells angels and now we have Donny trying to dredge up old history on the sheriff. The truth of the latest attempt by Donny, is that he is pissed off because this matter was already before a lake county judge, that judge ruled he did not see a thing wrong with the sheriffs actions or comments. Now Donny is trying to "create" a Brady, by saying he can have the full say if it is a Brady or not. Well the law is clear, it must always be ruled on by a judge and has been done. This is nothing more then Donny trying to again attack the sheriff. Now tell me what action has Rivero taken to attack Donny legally or otherwise? The answer is none. Defendants in criminal cases have an absolute right to due process. That leads to an obligation on the part of the prosecutor to turn over to the defense any exculpatory evidence, including evidence which may be used to impeach a witness. There is absolutely no legal basis for a judge to order a prosecutor to not comply with the Federal Constitution. Won't happen.

We are in the middle of investigating a number of different situations in our county connected to our local officials. Much of it is not completed from an investigation stand-point, but we feel we have enough to come you folks some idea of the things that are being looked into. The County is slow right now, as most have taken a breath, and the trolls have not been given anything by the Rob Brown Gazette to jabber about. We are sure that Lizzy will have to post something soon on the sheriff or MJ as it is the only time people will go to the site.

The Blog numbers have been consistent at roughly 1000 pageviews a day, and this level of consistency is very much appreciated especially with the lack of any "big news" being put out. Is it true that he's refusing to accept a subpena from the DA's office for the Hell's Angel case preliminary hearing next week? Rivero has also hired a private investigator with sheriff depatments funds to quickly find anything he can to discredit one of the cops at his officer involved shooting back when he was a deputy. Misapropriation of county funds? Color of authority violations? POBR violations?

This letter comes to you from the Lake County Citizens group called Lake County Government watch.  We are sending this message in regards to a current situation which exists in our county and the potential illegal use of public funds for the purposes of supplying insurance via a marriage of convenience by our local District Attorney Donald Anderson.

In brief Mr. commissioner,  we are a citizens watch group who's sole purpose is to uncover any and all graft and corruption at our local government level.  Over the course of several years we have executed this mission and continue to attempt to uncover issues with our local government officials in the authorization and spending of public funds. 

It is our belief that our DA Donald Anderson entered into a marriage of convenience for the purposes of providing health care insurance to who is currently Mr. Anderson's wife in a marriage that was executed soley for that purpose.  The name of Mr. Anderson's current wife by law is Jennifer McGee, she currently resides in Santa Rosa and is reported to be dating a Bartender in Santa Rosa while still married to Donald Anderson.  Several years ago Ms. McGee was a girlfriend of Mr. Anderson's, shortly after the consummation of that relationship, Mr. Anderson and Ms. McGee broke up.  Several months later it is was reported that Ms. McGee was diagnosed with Cancer.  It is alleged that Ms. McGee went back to Mr. Anderson and asked that he marry her for the purposes of allowing her to gain health insurance coverage through our county funds for treating her cancer.  It is alleged that Mr. Anderson went forward with the marriage to Ms. McGee in agreement to get her health insurance coverage.  That coverage is ongoing, despite the fact that Mr. Anderson currently has a girlfriend in the city of Lakeport, and that Ms. McGee has currently a boyfriend who is a bartender in the City of Santa Rose.  Ms McGee has recently received her AA in Santa Rosa, and from all indications there is no connection in the form of a relationship with these two parties nor has there been since the marriage of convenience happened which was a few years ago and counting..

In support of these very troubling issues we have obtained a witness who was told directly by Mr. Anderson that "his purpose in marrying Ms. McGee was indeed to obtain county insurance for her."  He continued in indicating that he has no feelings for this person and that in essence this is just a marriage of convenience to serve the purpose of qualifying her for county insurance to treat her cancer.

The individual who engaged in this conversation with Mr. Anderson is xxxxxxx. their contact numbers are as follows:  Home: xxxxxxx, and cell is xxxxxxx.  We urge your offices to contact this individual for confirmation in regards to the details of this troubling situation.

It appears you may have covered your tracks on this one and submitted it to the group with clear instructions that any involvement on your part is to remain anonymous and your name is not to be used. Investigation ongoing:

Many of you may know of the situation to which we will not post all the long details to in regards to Anthony Farrington and the death of his mother and Farrington's attempt to remove an individual male from receiving any of the proceeds from the will and associated monies connected to his mother. There in fact has been some court proceedings in this regard. But you have not heard the whole story citizens, here is what is being said on the street.

When Hopkins was still the DA Farrington is said to have gone to him in an attempt to get criminal charges filed against this person associated with the death of his mother. Anthony is alleged to be desirous of eliminating this individual from receiving any benefit monetarily or otherwise based on the will and death of his mother. When Farrinton went to DA Hopkins he was told "no way". You are connected by family lines and you cannot go to the DA with that request, there is no crime and it is a huge conflict of interest. Farrington at that point dropped the attempt to railroad this individual. Upon the election of DA Anderson, it is alleged he has now gone to Donny Anderson and made the same request. If this is true the ramifications are huge, and it is a major problem for Farrington and if Donny took him up on the offer could cost Donny his job. The conflict of interest cannot be ignored.

Just going to a DA and making that request is wrong, if anyone has taken any action in assisting Farrington in this matter, well you know the problems that represents. The first and foremost question is Anthony did you to both DA's with this request, and to Donny what was your response or what action did you take in this matter?

Yes we have compiled quite the list on the counties wayward son Rob. This list will be used during the election process at debates and other venues to expose to the public the true nature of Mr. Brown. We think you have a good idea on posting a complete list of what Brown has shall we say accomplished and there is much more to come there are a number of other issues with Brown that are being investigated. So the list will grow.

There are a lot of people who are doing the work of the citizens and requesting the investigations with agencies and other important tasks. They are all choosing to remain anonymous as there is still to much fear in the county that the old GOB network, is to dangerous to allow names to be open to the public. The sheriff is only reacting to an attack. The DA is out of control everyone knows it. The question is a simple one, how much of this is initiated by the sheriff in a direct legal or official attack on Donny? The answer is none. Everyone sees that this is all on the DA's part. Aside from Brown and even now a wavering Comstock and Farrington the rest see this for what it is. Simple.

The Brady equation is a basic one also. Donny wants to make the pronouncement on his own that Rivero is given a Brady. Then the sheriff has to get a lawyer to take it before a judge, and get the same ruling that was given by the last judge in Pitchess ruled which is there is nothing wrong, and nothing that even remotely resembles grounds for a Brady. This for Donny would be called short term traction and the bam!!! Into a telephone pole. That is why he is hesitating right now, will ego and agenda cause him to try it, or will the greater part of reason prevail?

Police Report in Santa Cruz Mayhem Gang
9 arrested in Santa Cruz by the County Gang Task Force early Sun. The names of the nine motorcylcist that were arrested some carrying loaded guns.
Some of those arrested belong to an outlaw gang called Mayhem, which affiliates with larger gangs like the Hells Angels.

And Norman Wielsch former Commander of the Contra Costa's drug task force who is now embroiled in a federal corruption inquiry.
A SF attorney Cordoza, Wielsche's attorney said Wielsch was suffering anxiety over his daughters medical ailments and battling neuropathic problems with his feet when he is accused of having engaged in a series of activites that landed him in a corruption scandal. The charges were dismissed so the federal case could move forward.
The Post reported that Wielsch protected a Brothel-and slept with the madam.

6. We exposed the Insurance form comments of Garzoli, when he said "I want to use my years as a deputy to scare people into buying insurance".
7. We exposed to the public the connection of Rob Brown to Lizzy, and our phone conversation with her saying..."I talk to Rob Brown everyday and it is no ones business I don't want to lose my access to the court-house."
8. We have initiated the current investigation being undertaken by the Insurance commish. on Donny Anderson and his "marriage of convenience."
9. We iniated the FPPC investigation into the use of public funds by Brown and Mitchell which stopped the use of county vehicles in campaigning.
10. We turned in the request for investigation with Kip Ringen (when he was smarter) into the allegations of Mitchell pressuring people not to run against him. This allowed for the quote of Ringen to be made public from Mitchell "I will destroy you if you run against me".

Now these items are just a list of 10 there are in recent accountings nearly 35 different items we have exposed of corruption and collusion in our county. You may not like it but it is the efforts of this Blog and the citizens. Should we go on and list more for you? Just ask, no problem.

So try not to be the fox calling the grapes sour, we don't care if you give us credit or not, your opinion of our work has no value, but you can be assured of this, we have done a massive amount more for this county in exposing your groups corruption then has ever happened before, and of that we are quite proud.

More news: The Green Farmers citizens Ordinance on the ballot for June is the FIRST Citizen passed MJ ordinance to be put on the ballot ever done in the United States. That's right little Lake County is being watched very closely on this one, and it is going to show many other groups across the country how the citizens take control of their elected officials. 1. Zero involvement of LCN or Liz in any debate including questions or the formatting of those questions, moderator, or any other aspect of the set-up and running of any Chamber sponsored debates. She was removed from participation in the last elections and this policy must remain in effect for a fair and unbiased event.

2. That the questions must be submitted questions from the audience so the voice and questions of the citizens are heard.

I want to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge and thank Rick (King) Coel, Director of Community Development, his staff and Chernoh Excavation for the recent demolition of the “Red Monster” which was an old blighted and dilapidated structure that was located on Soda Bay Road near the Edgewater Resort, and the Soda Bay Market.

This structure was a magnet for transients (really Tony, how many transients are there in Soda Bay?) and the buying and selling of illegal narcotics. (Here we go again with the drug scare tactics, funny there has been nothing in the news about this problem)

By removing this structure, the community will be free of this health (not the Health scare too. What about all the other abandon buildings in the County, are they a Health threat too? Here is a good reason for foreclosures to stop, they are a threat to our Health. Take that statement to Sacramento, Tony.) and safety hazard; (Only if your breaking the trespassing laws) and the potential for crime in this neighborhood will be dramatically reduced. (I didn't know this was a high crime area. Let's see the stats Tony, not just the BS.)

Of course, the removal of this structure would not have been possible without the support of my fellow colleagues on the Lake County Board of Supervisors. (It sounds like something that has been in the works long before you became the representative. These things take a long time. Way to take credit though.)

With the recent redistricting of our county’s supervisorial districts, the communities of Soda Bay and the Riviera Heights are now part of my supervisorial district – District Four. (Here is the tie-in, "Hi, I'm your new Supervisor." Kiss, Kiss.)

To date, we have had our road crew (I didn't know District Four had it's own road crew.) doing street sweeping and cleaning out drainage culverts. In addition, our director of the Department of Public Works Scott De Leon (Kiss, Kiss) and his staff are currently working with the board members of the Riviera Heights to complete some of the road improvements (Translation: "If I'm elected I'll fix all the pot holes.") that Supervisor Brown (Kiss, Kiss) championed.

I look forward to working hard for my new constituents in Soda Bay and the Riviera Heights just as I have done over the years for my entire district.

If the Insurance Commissioner looks at Don's marriage (and frankly I doubt that will happen but whatever) then there is really only one question to answer: is Don's marriage valid under the law? Fundraiser and event for Brandon went great at least 100 people attending, and a good day had by all. Comstock was on the radio at the same time and was told no one called in in support of him. Someone mentioned Anthony's failing the bar exam. He just took it again for the fifth time with the results available in May.

Anthony did miss the filing deadline for financial declarations but it is not a fatal blow. There is a $10 per day fine and we do not know how anybody could have missed such a thing but the real blame should probably be on his campaign treasurer.
