I wouldn't question the ability of Brown to have his wife on disability, hide whatever income she brings in and not report correctly to the state and feds on the matter. We all know Brown does not believe he needs to go by the rules.

First of all everyone should know the lawyer Sean Howell is a local scumbag part of the typical local scumbag set of lawyers who usually only litigate for the GOB's. Not successfully but at least it gives you an idea of something being up. The sheriff has ace's in the hole I would suspect, I wonder what they are. The typical 5 trolls are on LCN well actually it is the same person coming in as "guest" but you can be sure the other trolls such as OU and the rest will be on the Rob Brown Gazette soon enough. LOL

More to come on this somewhat minor situation. The question is what did Wallahan do??? The GOB's don't seem to want to answer that question. Nor will they ask the question. Hmmmmm
 

I do know what Melissa did and it was indeed minor, but I won't divulge it here. What is not minor is what the Sheriff is refusing to do, and that is to follow the unanimous order of the BOS to rehire her with back pay.

Amy Rumfelt I really don't know what is wrong with 12 hour shifts. My dept jsut went to them across the board for patrol...but of course we are well staffed and work for a city that cares about employees and a Chief who knows how to run a department and lead people.

mandatory lock down of the

I heard the BOS may have issued what for all intents is a gag order on e-mails and or other communications. Seems Rob's actions with displaying e-mails all over the county, including all the fuss he has been making in concert with Anderson, has caused the BOS to issue a statement putting transferring of these communications off limits. Me thinks Rob and Donny are causing big grief amongst the elected officials. Details should be in the minutes when available.

Ironically enough, Melissa's firing had to do with perceived dishonesty unrelated to her job. It was later deemed to be what some would call a "white lie", as it was quite innocent and therefore only technically dishonest, unlike some of the statements her boss has made.

LL who is this Seth Burns guy on the Rob Brown Gazette facebook? He seems to chime in whenever Pat is on one of his tyrades. A while back he posted some pretty nasty things about the sheriff. I guess he thought twice about his post because it came down within minutes. I don't remember everything that was posted but he did accuse Sheriff Rivero of stealing from a neighbor. You may want to look into this guy.

What you will find and what you won't see reported is the end has come for Rob Brown and his foot in mouth and e-mail dissemination you will find that he has made his last mistake when he distributed the Campos e-mail conversation with Rivero. He embarrased many people, made himself look like a fool, and pissed off everybody from Anita to the majority of the BOs members. The Rivero e-mails are not about this decision. Brown has been gagged, you will see the proof of this as you won't see him pull that stunt again. Sorry Brown you soap box has been taken down.

A pretty big day yesterday, the biggest news coming out of the closed door sessions yesterday, is what you won't see reported in the local rags, and most of all the Rob Brown Gazette. The Board has decided to issue a gag order essentially on Rob Brown, since he likes the idea of publishing and passing around e-mails to the general public. What the main concern is for Anita and the rest is that this knucklehead is going to pass out some of their correspondence to the public. So he has been gagged and from what has been heard is that no one is real happy with Brown, and he appears to be getting more and more out of control. This guy needs to go, and maybe it would be good if he went before the elections.

Next is the total destruction of a career as a CO and that is Melissa Wallahan. The Board ruled that she can be reinstated, but we all know behind the scenes why she was fired and why no decent sheriff would want her in their ranks. The sheriff has the option to refuse to let her back to her job, and we would support the sheriff in that move. With all that was shown yesterday on the Blog, and all her Facebook and other postings on the net. Ask yourself if you were her boss would you let her back? Not a chance in the world. If in fact she is let back, she should be supplied with a mop and broom for the rest of her days in the county. This was a hard lesson for little Melissa and hanging with McMahon and the gang was not a smart move. I would think if she is taken to court over her job by Rivero all this correspondence would be presented along with the original reason for her firing. At any rate this was a career ending situation for a person who should have been smarter. But listened to the GOB's and look what happened.

A Cotati medical marijuana dispensary is asking the city to lift customer caps that were put in place when it opened in 2010.

The dispensary, the only one in Cotati, is allowed 1,000 customers a month under the conditions of its use permit.

Mercy Wellness hasn't “come close” to hitting that limit, Lucas said, but keeping track of the customer count is an accounting headache. Also, the business needs the leeway to expand if necessary, because he envisions eventually adding health services such as yoga and massage.

Lucas has also asked the city to increase the permitted dispensary size to 3,500 square feet from 1,000 square feet so he can add an office and a restroom. He also wants to install more signage — he's now allowed six square feet — and to keep 30 pounds of marijuana in stock, up from 15 pounds.

To date, city officials have been friendly to all but one element of his application. Planning commissioners approved it 5-0 but followed a staff recommendation and denied Lucas's request for permission to sell smoking equipment.

“They were afraid of mass crowds out in front and that's never happened,” Lucas said. “Now we've been there two years and we know what to expect.”

The application is expected to go before the City Council on March 28.

City Manager Dianne Thompson this week said, “I think that Greg Lucas has been running a good operation and we haven't had any issues.”

Oh would you look at this. For background, the deadline has closed for those submitting the argument for the MJ initiative going on the June ballot, and arguments against it.

Those submitting the arguments provide their names. The Green Farmers and citizens for safe access submitted names already known. But lookie at this, below is the list for those that submitted the rather odd and paranoid write up against the initiative. Now look who is at the top of the GOB hit parade below. First on the list yes the oft times accused of being a drug thief Joe Dutra. Many citizens have alleged past activity of Mr. Dutra involving shaking down a citizen on a pull over, and pilfering the proceeds of any drugs found into his own pocket. This is a GOB going way way back as a deputy, and one to be watched very carefully. Boy these GOB's like to drive on both sides of the road.

I would be interested to see if anyone else has any information on the rest of these bottom feeders.

At some point reality must overcome stigmatization and the reality of MJ's permanence in our society no different then Walnuts, nor alcohol. So yes there is much known as in the two just described. Now there is no doubt that qualifies for bottom feeder in it's meaning as an ignorant one, cutting off their nose despite their face. I am interested in information on the rest of the signers, and feel free to look at those on the other side of the fence as you see fit. It is America my friend.
