I will be investing in laughing stocks and boy the price is going up up up! After ABC takes the final dig with its worldwide news reporting of the outcome of all of this, you guys actually think you have a chance in hell of finding employment within any other dept. Have any of you taken a look at Placer County and what we have done here. Same crap as Lake County now! We have dismissed Judges-LE-BOS and many other county officials just like Lake County is about to do to you lmfao.

If you haven't been over to the Manifest...lakecountymanifest.com there are a lot of new and interesting article, also a new cartoon, called dance Mitchell dance..Great stuff, And the photo you are blessed with on the front page,is wonderful...Rully, uh I mean really. ;-)
FLASH, The interview with Dennis Bremley has been posted on the Manifest newspaper. It is an interesting and eye opening conversation with Mr. Bremley who had never been interviewed by local reporters, nor ever asked. We are grateful to Dennis for accepting our invitation for the interview, and we believe you will find it enlightening.
Rivero is the one for Sheriff. Mitchell has mismanaged the department and even his personal life. His old second in command, Markham refused to support Mitchell. The next second in command committed so many violations in the Dinius case that I lost count and not he too is gone. Than his lieutenant lied to the BOS, wrote a grant for his own personal gain and was a bully of a manager and now he too is gone. Mitchell even promoted Brown all the way to captain with no field supervisory experience. And lets not forget the one and only minority in Mitchell's staff (in uniform) Esburg. A woman who is supposed to be a correctional officer but instead is behind a desk and having nothing to do with the jail.
Rivero has been off for almost half a year but he is still a deputy, has a gun and badge and doesn't back down from the GOB's. When Sgt. Samples suffered from cancer, Rivero was the first person to donate his comp time to Samples. NOBODY IN MANAGEMENT GAVE ANY.

Ah the day before the election, good morning Lake County. The new paper the Manifest is rocking all kinds of new content, Mitchell is still behind the trees in Upper lake, and there is a a stir of the wind of change in the air, this evening a tempest wind will blow and the front edge of the storm of change will approach. On Tuesday, the full storm will hit and the corruption supporters will be blown into past of the old ways, the old harmony without rhythm and that song of dark clouds, and hate will forever leave our county. 851 The accusations were leaked out to the public #1. Personnel issues are for the confidentially of the employee like in Garzoli where he claims (in his possible action)his personal information was released without his consent. Rivero has publicly given Rod Mitchell the authorization to speak about the Rully incident& findings but Mitchell remains silent. The rules you speak of 851 don't apply to Frank Rivero because he has given permission/his consent to Mitchell to release the information-so Mitchell isn't obliged and can release it.

Just read the Rully declaration. If Rod would just come clean with this and other things he has done he would not have to keep hiding. For those of you who think that what Dennis did was illegal... First and foremost, permission to record was sought and granted. If at any time Mrs Mitchell wished to have the recording stopped, she must say so. Now, even if Mrs. Mitchell now claims that she didn't agree to be recorded... here's a little tidbit from an article on Surreptitious Recording: http://www.rcfp.org/handbook/c03p01.html) "...It is always legal to tape or film a face-to-face interview when your recorder or camera is in plain view. In these instances, the consent of all parties is presumed." So, as long as Dennis' son held his iPhone out so as not to hide it (which he did), there is no reason for Dennis to fear legal repercussions. Now, if Dennis suffers from illegal repercussions, then you have yet another reason to fear the re-election of Sheriff Rod.

Just heard over the radio a ad from Durran child abuse Detective supporting Rod Mitchell. Sorry Durran, I know of just one case as I'm sure their are many more of child abuse cases pending, of a 14 year molestation. This case was brought before your Department over a year and a half ago! Seems to me either your department or that of the DA is lagging on the prosecution of this case. Why so long? Same crap happens with our elderly abuse. Is this not a priority to protect our Seniors and Children? Vote Rivero to see to it these needs are met!

There were some reports of a Dan Noyes piece going up on Channel 7 having to with Rodney's infidelities, he had contacted Becky, but she would not do an interview with him. He could follow up on our interview with Dennis, and do a piece from that perspective, but it is not known if he will actually do it. There has been some contact with him, but at this point it is unclear if he will present anything. Keep an eye on their site and if anyone gets any further information on this possibility please post it.
Just read the Bremley interview I have to say that interview really changed my view of the situation that I had heard about. He seems honest and genuine, what a sad shame that our sheriff has tarnished this county so terribly. And to think that the SO's were made aware of this going on and said nothing. Did they not say it out of fear? Did they not say it because they don't give a crap, what if it was their wives he did this with, what happens then? What a shame.

They called his Ex-wife to try and scare him, they told her it was a fact a done deal an arrest warrant was out for Dennis, and federal charges were on it!!! Really we listened to the recording when his Ex out of fear was explaining the call she got, she actually believed whoever told her that. This was a perfect example of how Mitchell has tried to quiet the descent against him. No more Mitchell, you time has come and the citizens are sharing information, and we are calling your bluff. Now get out from behind the trees, and stop hunting for your next victims, it isn't going to happen anymore!

All the RB ads go to one of its corporate lawyers for review. Believe me, it was a full-page ad and they didn't run it, it was because they would get sued. Otherwise they would have took the money ... gladly ... and ran.

Election day update, we need people on all the corners with signs on election day, take the signs from your yards fences, or you can get more from the Rivero election headquarters in MiddleTown, however you do it, we need people all day by the voting places on the corners, where ever you happen to be, get your voting done and get out on the streets with your signs and support Frank on the last day.

I think Don Anderson would do a better job than Rhoades or Hopkins. He took what they dished out and held to his values. He hasn’t slung mud on anyone. I doubt the Rhoades can handle the pressure. It's obvious that Hopkins blames everyone but himself. Donnie is not afraid to hold his ground. He doesn't hide behind fancy words or a smoke screen. He is humble and want the best for this county.

I would like to remind everyone on both sides of the argument that it is a viiolation of law to engage in any type of electioneering at a polling place. This includes signs, shirts, buttons, etc. There is also no photography or video taping of any kind permitted. This has been a nasty campaign and I for one will be glad when it's over. Please don't soil our voting process by breaking the law in any way folks. Especially since we're talking a bout the Sheriff's race here. That being said, everyone get out and vote if you haven't already done so. One vote could be worth a million in this election.

This is going to sound like I am bashing Don Anderson and I truly do not mean too. I think he is a nice guy and like him. However, he is a self admitted philanderer and at least two of his previous marriages ended in large part due to his infidelity. I am going to assume he has been faithful to his current wife as I have no information to suggest otherwise. My question and confusion is this. Why is Rod Mitchell being villified for his infidelity and you support Don Anderson when he is every bit as guilty, if not more guilty of the same type of behaviour. As I understand it, the unfaithful behaviour of both parties occurred quite a number of years ago, so the argument that one is more recent than the other will not fly. Please explain why one party is being villified for this, while the other is not. I understand the candidates have different political philosophies and there are many other points of contention, but that is not my question and a different discussion. For now, I am only asking why fidelity is an issue for one and not the other. I am only asking now because it has been such a hot topic of discussion this past week.

6:55, I know nothing about any affairs Anderson may have had (I’m still deciding between Anderson and Rhodes). If true, that would sway me against towards Rhodes. However, Rodney had an affair with a married woman who, while she doesn’t work directly under him (NPI) does work at the court house. The thing that’s most galling about that to me personally is that he tells his followers that he’s such a great Christian when in fact, he’s a hypocrite. OK corruption boys if you are new here and Mitchell is letting you come out to play. Here is the deal, since we have rules, you have to live by them. No whining at Lovelace, it hurts our feelings. No Caps, No profanity. You have to post content, and you have to be saying something. I know that is a tall order. But let's give it a try.
The citizens will beat the hell out of you, but you have to actually have a great argument for Mitchell. Oh you can't use the DSA because that backfired on Mitchell, that endorsement lost him votes. But anyway, tell us why Mitchell is a great leader, and his department is top of the mark. Leadership, morals, public acumen, all those things.

Beland's complaint ain't going anywhere. Most of the complaints he cries about happened too long ago. And besides, the courts have held that discipline does not have to be equal.
