Kip on channel 8 was excellent, what a rip he put on Mitchell, we know that situation to be true, and other matters concerning this type of Mitchell activity are under-way there are more daggers coming at Mitchell then he can dodge, but it is fun to see him dance.

Now is it really investigations opened for the sake of assisting your campaign Mitchell and fair and balanced discipline is not what you stand for. Open that investigation Mitchell, and you the BOS better jump on it, we would hate to see us be the ones that gives the answer on "who done it"

So with that understanding the citizens took over, what the citizens wanted was a stage, to expresss and to expose what many knew was going on for so long. That is not an accomplishment of the Lovelace group that is an accomplishment of the citizens of this county. When the time ocmes to move the ideal forward to a model of a newspaper then we can explore what the people want the format and content to be.

Rhonda Rully has now identified herself as the caller who made the anonymous accusations on the radio. That was Friday March 19th, more that a week and a half before Rivero was served with the I.A. or could have known anything about it. Clearly that information was leaked intentionally before the I.A. was even served to Rivero. Note that on the radio, she made no mention of the most serious accusations that latter arose and at that time said that one of her legs was being amputated because of the abuse she claimed to have suffered. In the Noyes video taken on April 5th she appears to have two legs.

Fry: Failure to investigate a homicide that resulted in another homicide.
Brown: Failed to control the security of an IA investigation.
Brown: Failed to act on a sexual harassment complaint.
Howe: Placing children into the DEA helicopter on county money.
Mitchell: Failed to review a grant before signing it.
Failed to control Perdock.
Failed to assign an IA properly.
Failed to control his management.
Failed to conduct a simple inquiry into Rivero's complaint just to throw the election.

Let see, Sheriff Mitchell wants to be reelected. Lets looked at his recorded for the past fifteen years. Has he done anything to better Lake Co, to protect the Citizens, Visitors, or Taxpayers. I would have to say NO. Mitchell mismanaged the Sheriff's Dept. Mitchell Built a wall between the Citizens and Law Enforcement, Mitchell has shown his incompetence. Mitchell has proved that he lacks leadership, professionalism, can't make decisions.
 

The Thornton family suffered a great loss. A former ABC agent, Lynn was good at protecting juveniles from access to alcohol. Her life was looking better with the upcoming wedding when her life was taken by Perdock. I see that Beland and Morshed were not added to the civil complaint so I guess they most likely will be testifying for Dinius. Now that both have no ties to LCSO, I expect some major mud to be thrown in court. Lets hope it happens just before the election.

If this woman filed a report that is over a year old, how do you collect evidence? The booking photo doesn't show any marks on her? Her statement was so bad that even the reporter started walking away. Why did Mitchell wait four months to investigate a crime that is reported to be not only a major felony but a civil rights violation?

If this case is to unbelievable to investigate immediately, why does it have to start before the election?

I was skeptical when I saw Mitchell’s web site listing all those endorsements when he failed to come up with a single in lieu of signature in order to get on the ballot. As I called some of those people I found that they had, in fact, not discussed with anyone an endorsement of Mitchell. Now, I see that he has a bunch of police dogs on his web site and I was mildly surprised to learn that even that is a lie. It turns out that all but one of those dogs is dead. Only one of those dogs is still alive and it’s not even a drug sniffing dog. Mitchell’s web site claims “16 years of promises kept” but doesn’t allude to what promises were kept, or to whom. It took 16 years to find someone with the courage to challenge Mitchell; I think it’s so vital that we get that bastard out now or we’ll be stuck with him until he chooses to retire

This is the Lovelace group, couple of housekeeping items and a few other items. First of all we do not care about spelling or sentence structure or sentex, or sentax, or the other items of concern to some people. If we were to preclude post due to poor english presentation, near all of the corruption supporters posts would be down. So to keep a back and forth dialog going we could care a less about those things, as Millie has said we have stated that over and over.

We want to be sure everyone who can help volunteer on the Rivero campaign get with Frank via his website or his phone, call him by whatever means you can, help out and as well donate to the cause, this is a grass-roots efforts unlike the Mitchell campaign which will get his money through the corrupt business's such as K-Ville Lumber Kathy Fowler and others, also be sure not to purchase from those business's in any manner, you can look at Mitchells webpage to see whom not to use.

The corruption that Rivero has uncovered in just this short period of time is amazing, and points directly to an entrenched set of Mitchell corrupt supporters, who having talk to a number of them are found to be some of the most ignorant people we have ever met. Stunning to see that these people really do not have a clue, really the intelligence is terribly lacking. Scary sometimes.

Now here is the other issue we are working on, we want Mitchell to put up or shut up, either charge Rivero through facts or indicate the IA is done and there is no grounds do one or the other Mitchell, you are not going to stall this out for the rest of the campaign.

We are sending Mitchell a direct e-mail to that effect, this evening. This guy is so corrupt it is unreal. Now however we have two different agencies investigating certain aspects of Mitchell actions, Mitchell does not know this nor who they are or what they are looking into, we have initiated this action, and it is ongoing. There is a lot in the fire right now, and if we could revel it we would but at this point in time we cannot.

Good posting today, the Rivero campaign group got together last night and set several things in motion they are working on to expand the campaign, contact voters set up a phone bank and move the process of contacting the citizens forward, a good overall plan, and we know in the long run it is going to pay off big time.

We talked to an individual who has known you for a while, you talked with him for about 20 minutes, when he talked with us he said funny that guy hasn't talked to me in a couple of years, no that it is the election time and he is in trouble he stops and talks with me. He thought I was entertained by the conversation but the whole time I thinking this guy is trying to get a vote, or make sure he has a vote, how transparent.

On one side of his face, he looks like Rhoades. On the other side he looks like Anderson. Honestly, we feel Harvey is the best of both worlds.

We're trying to settle on a non-fictional candidate, and that will probably take a bit more homework than we have done as a group. It's difficult to beat an entrenched candidate, and we believe Rhoades is more capable of doing it. However, we also believe Rhoades might be more capable of busting medical growers and cashing in on the evidence. We are currently drafting a questionnaire to be filled out by both candidates.... Frankly, it never dawned on me that Rodney would possibly not run a background check on his opponents. He’s demonstrated from the start that he’ll use department assets at his own discretion to further his campaign in any way possible. I mean, just look at his web page. He’s intimidated his underlings into endorsing him; if you were a deputy would you dare refuse that “offer”? He has a lot of pictures of employees and county equipment (a clear violation of the Fair Political Practices Committee regulations) and he continues to use the LCSO web site to persecute Dinius. He campaigns on our time and our dime.

This happened in Nice. Two sheriff's live down the street from me. I guess even their neighborhood is not safe.

This is the Lovelace group, this evening and during the day today we have discussed and decided that indeed Mr. Anderson is the Lovelace groups endorsement for the position of DA, some but not all of the contributing factors is the endorsement of and connection to Joe Dutra in regards to Mr. Rhodes, although Mr. Anderson as well has endorsements that do not till the high ground of integrity Navarro being one of them, However we had to take many factors into consideration, and after a lot of overview we believe Mr. Anderson is not associated with the GOB to the same degree as Mr.Rhodes. Along with the peer qualifications each is held up to Mr. Anderson holds up strong compared to Rhodes, and of course there is no connections to be made to Hopkins as he is out of the picture in regards to any consideration.

We know the conversation will not be as heating as the Sheriff's race, we ask both the Rhodes side and the Anderson side to use the forum for that debate, but keep the ultimate focus on Mitchell and Hopkins. Please exceed the Mitchell corruption supporters in your presentation and dialog. We are sure you can surpass their low level of performance in this regard.

The 10,000 plus comments are all viewable, you simply have to go backwards on the thread, you can go back page by page. Now you should remember that is a viewable number, the number is far greater then that, but for example the 100 plus cut and pasters are all taken off, and those we do not want to count in the numbers, as it would inflate the number to high. We don't want to county the knucklehead whinning at Lovelace post's either, as they are not relative to the purpose and direction of the site. This way we know we have a solid and accurate number to gage our growth by.

More interesting is the lack of the rank and file lining up behind Mitchell, this is very telling and indicates the level of internal strife that is going on. Not only that but few to none of retired cops are onboard with Mitchell, and none of the higher ranking folks in the CHP or any other state agency want to come near Mitchell, very telling indeed. So he does not have the rank and file, he does not have the hispanic vote he does not have the American Indian vote, Rivero owns Upperlake, he is the suggested vote on the democratic ticket mailer, of which Dem's are the highest ranking number in the county, The effects of the Dinius suit, and the scam job on Rhonda, as well as several other investigations ongoing points to a failing and sad campaign for Mitchell.

If they supported Sheriff Mitchell or Rivero the results are amazing that only 12 persons said they are voting for Mitchell, 3 for Baxter and 85 said Rivero. Many made comments about why they were not supporting Mitchell. Some of the comments were:
Mitchell covered-up the Perdock boating accident and Perdock got away with murder and Mitchell rewards Perdock with paid time off the months and refuses to fire him.
Mitchell failed to supervise command staff members like Lt. Garzoli.
Mitchell handling the Rivero I.A. Most felt that it was "Politically Motivated" by Mitchell. (they got that right)
Mitchell spending habits of our tax dollars like the Mobile Command Center.
and the one I love " Mitchell can't supervise "a kids birthday party and do thing right."
 

By the way flyer distribution will be happening at the court house this Tuesday, its going to be a good opportunity to hammer Mitchell and Hopkins a bit in front of the courthouse and get the word out to those folks visiting our corrupt government offices!!

I was talking with a former deputy from Lake Co. last week and he told me about a group of Deputies called " the young Republicans "that Mitchell and Perdock was part of. He said that if anyone in the group didn't like a new deputy for any reason, The new Deputy would not make probation and that his/her life was a living hell because of Mitchell and the young Republicans.

He worked many, many, years here before moving on. He told me back in 80's that Mitchell was a very poor deputy, but knew all the right things to say to pass probation and kiss some butt along the way.

I supervised Lande. He passed the FTO Program and worked as a deputy. Not one complaint was ever made against him (from the public or by deputies). Did everyone like him? No, and I can't think of anyone at LCSO who gets along with "everyone". He applied for Santa Cruz and was hired. He had nothing to gain by outing Mitchell. Remember, Mitchell has the EEOC findings and refuses to release them. Why? Brown was kicked out of SCSO and why?
