Ringen was a previous post, but none of the LE want to touch it except to try and throw him under the bus. Typical pattern, of avoiding the questions and just throwing up a smoke screen of complaining. Watch I'll show ya. So LE supporters and LE folks, what about your daddy Mitchell throwing both Hopkins and Perdock under the bus to try and save his own ass, how's that play out for ya. Hmmmmm come on be honest with the citizens of this county. Wyoming was a thread by the way that ran it's course, I wyoming gave up on her defense, didn't work, someone hammered her.
 

in fact you will here them complain about deletions, about growers, and about everything but the truth, and their big daddy Mitchell. But to answer the questions, not a chance. So as I indicated, it is impossible for the local LE and or their minimal supporters to answer questions. We will continue to offer them the opportunity to communicate, but alas it appears that their denial is beyond any form of reasoning. As many of the other LE agencies who have posted on here have indicated they have never seen such a dis-functional group of cops in their careers. It is a shame, but that is what this blog is all about, to expose this aspect of the current system, and return the county to its citizens.
 

Fella's listen really its over, and you by-passed the Mitchell question, come on what do you think of the comments by Mitchell, you can do it, I know you can. The pot issue is over, come to your senses. Leave it alone, your goverment whom you pay taxes to says its over. Consider it legal and move on, we know its hard, but lets deal with reality. So which person am I? Russ Perdock, David Markham, Rachel Ableson, Robert Wiley and now Pat Mcmahon? You have no clue, and I've already said I'm maintaining my anonimity. Kip Ringen is a disgraced cop, who is the quinessential "blue wall" type. You believe what he's selling because you want to, not because it's accurate. I'm waiting for his big day with Dan to be aired so that all his lies can be exposed. Till that day, I'm done here.
 

My comments is about Lake County Code Enforcement. When Larry Fabish was still emplopyed with Code Enforcement, he constantly harrassed us about my sons cars on our property. Even to the point of telling us that he would shoot us if we tried to stop him from taking our property that was on our land. He told us this as he was patting his pistol on his belt. When I called Voris Brumfield and reported this, I was told they would look into it and get back to us. Here it is almost 2 yrs later and we've never heard a word back. But we still are harrassed by Code Enforcement.
We were told by Code Enforcement that we would be harrassed until we merged our lots. We live in the hills outside of Nice and we cannot store cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, quads, watercraft, or have a carport, etc on our property. We have 5 neighbors in our neighborhood.
Larry Fabish came right onto our property with Mike Wurm from Last Mile Auto, who is on Disability and is not supposed to be working, and towed our trucks away. But Mike Wurn is working at Last Mile Auto, Monday - Friday. Then when we called Last Mile and asked about our trucks, we were told they didn't have them. We followed the tow truck to Upperlake and watched them take it inside the fence to the back with Mike Wurm driving.
Corruption from Code Enforcement and Last Mile.
Code Enforcement forced us to spend thousands of $ and merge our property. It was either that or they would tow away our property, even though all were licensed and running.
They towed away my sons trucks to Last Mile Auto in Upper Lake, where Larry Fabish got a kickback from them for making sure that cars were towed to them. Mike Wurm and the rest of the trash from Last Mile Auto steal cars, truck, watercraft, etc with the help of Code Enforcement. Even though Larry Fabish isn't with them anymore, they have someone else who just slipped right into his role.
Larry Fabish would toole around the county on our dime and when he would see cars and trucks that he could make some money off of them red tagged them and had Last Mile come and get them, thus him getting paid a finders fee and his paycheck. Double dipping. Then Last Mile either parts them out or resells them or gives them to there employees.
The one that took his place is a woman and she hangs out at Robionson Rancheria Casino in the bar. Several times we have seen her leave there at 1:30 AM - 2:00 AM, so drunk she can hardly walk, but she get in her vechile and drives home. Code Enforcement needs to keep a closer watch on there croocked employees, its crooked from the top down.
Last Mile Auto needs to be investigated also.
 

I agree County code enforcement is a major problem. Who is the head of that department. Who has the numbers so we can complain. Anyone else out there who has had a problem with code enforcement? We need to root out this corruption.
 

I got stopped by the highway patrol the other day for not using my turn signal. I know I had it on. Then they let me go with a warning. Who do they think they are being all high and mighty? I think they sould not be able to pull people over for not using turn signals. For god sakes this is Lake County. It is not like anyone is going to hit me
 

Whatever, You think the law should be able to chew your ass for anything they like then just go on their merry way? I think that person should be pissed. If he/she had the turn signal on they should be able to argue.
 

My piont proven once again. "I think CHP should pull EVERYONE over for not using their turn signal. It's against the law. It's a moving violation. You probably didn't have your seatbelt on, either. Ever think maybe your turn signal wasn't working? It doesn't matter if someone will hit you or not... IT'S THE LAW!!!"

Growing and selling weed for profit is against the law!!! You are not paying for your local police, fire, emergency responders, the federal government, your Army, and courts. You operate like a criminal because you are. As of right now we are focusing on other things. Rest assured your tax evading , money laundering ass is on the radar. Bigger fish need to fry right now but when we get some spare time you can bet we will come knocking. Buy good things with your illegal income as I like taking that stuff from you. Enjoy your freedom while you have it. No matter how you justify it in your head you are a criminal.
 

To post 9:13, Man I fell off my chair laughing, just assuming for a moment that you really are a cop, and by the ignorance of the post I will assume you are. Growing and selling pot in California is quite legal indeed. We know you don't like the idea but none the less it is. May I remind you of the recent Supreme ruling which just returned 200,000 dollars to a former lake county resident who had a dispensary in Ukiah and LA, The reason the money was returned, prop. 215. We will in due time de-program you and you will as a police officer learn to live within the law. Now repeat this over and over, the federal goverment say no more raids on local growers, no more raids on local growers. Ok now your getting it. Enough about that, I believe you got the point. lets talk about Daddy Mitchell throwing his buddies Hopkins and Perdock under the big bus, you have to love that eh? Any comments.
 

I don't think this blog has been set up to cover all aspects of the issues in our county. Such as code enforcement etc. however there are and have been a number of complaints concerning code enforcement and the application of their responsibilities in what is a very difficult county to enforce the rules and guidelines of the codes. That having been said, the code enforcement folks are governed by the board of supervisors, and such concerns should be sent in their direction for disposition. What is of critical importance in this area is the same as in the concerns in our currently corrupt LE organizations, and that is the fair and consistent application of the laws and guidelines of the county.

I read the post on Hommer, there has not been to much said on not only the LPPD, but as well the CHP, rest assured there are a number of issues with the CHP for example which in due time will as well be aired I suspect. First things first, it has been reported by the way that the supervisors if one were to take a vote, are with the exception of perhaps one dead set against both Mitchell, and Hopkins, they of course have to be quite careful about stepping on political toes, but some inside information indicates that they (supervisors) are very upset with the chaos and havoc that these two people have brought upon this county. And as well are very upset with the small ignorant attitudes of the LE in this county. So the cards are stacked against these LE folks not only on a public level but within the government of the county as well.
 

Getting back to the lady who got the ticket. What makes them (LE) think they can pull people over for talking on the cell phone. The other day I was resting my head on the arm rest in my truck and I got pulled over. They said I was talking on my cell. I argued and then they let me go.
 

Everyone make sure when you get pulled over by LE, get the name of the cop, and any other information you can. As this citizens oversight group comes together it will be important to get names etc. We know the law states no cell phone usage while driving, but for those as in post 10:32 get the names, times etc. of the incident.
 

James Beland, where are you? As many of you may know he was associated with the blood situation on Perdock, we haven't heard anything on this in quite a while. And Mitchell didn't clarify anything associated with him on his phony rambling 22 question response. Anyone having information on Mr. Beland and his current status please give a post.
 

I drive all the time for work. I believe the cell phone law is a bad one. I have to use my phone for work and my blue tooth is not loud enough for me to hear. The state has made me a criminal.
 

I don't think this blog is about, name calling and really not about an overly excited person who continually likes to list all the things that are against the law, it would get quite boring, Its the law he says on cell phones punk. Please, launding of money, cell phones, all laws are just, you criminals have to follow the law, it is the law. The word law by the way is from the original latin whose meaning comes from the term to say, the truth, without flaw, and of truthfulness. That means there are a good number of LE who are being identified on this blog, that cannot use nor be associated with the word law, that is to say you would not see their names as examples next to the word law. So Mr. you will follow all laws of your goverment without question, I think you should choose a different word application as it certainly does not apply to your usage nor who or what you appear to be, oh does the term autocratic hypocrite ring a bell to you, you know the idea of justice but through my eyes only? Go grap your knee pads(stop by the sheriffs office) and find a new blog to vent your ignorance on.
 

I have made several posts on this blog trying to get Ringen to post why he had to leave Caspar PD. He has failed to do so. In fact I just posted another blog outing him as the moderator of this blog. That post was immediately deleted. So folks here it is, the one of the persons behind this blog is Kip Ringen. He was a malcontent all and I mean his entire career. He was never happy with any of his assignments and tried to ruin the career of several good men. He was never able to bring ONE down as he was never right. So now even in retirement he is trying to bring good men down for nothing. He is just a sad lonely man. I feel sorry for anyone who has that much hate in his heart. So I imagine this post will be deleted as soon as he reads it. You ALL have been manipulated by a crew led by Kip Ringen. Don’t be fooled by his ranting. Don’t believe him. Think twice about who you vote for.
So Kip now that everyone knows, tell everyone what you are all about and try to be truthful from start to finish. Everyone who knows you knows that your perception of reality is skewed so we will take that into consideration.
As far as Rivero goes…God help him if you back him.
 

I am not generally a blog watcher , however I have began following this site because of its implied purpose of an administration change in a very important county department. This site is rapidly turning into a name calling free for all. This site should be about the upcoming election process. If a large segment of the voters are not pleased with the candidate choices then a grass, no pun intended, roots movement should began to locate a candidate the public can stand behind. Talk with fellow voters and instead of mud slinging and being devisive unite into a large voting block and seek out a candidate, pledge that person your support, whether it be working on the campaign or supporting it through donations. Doing nothing does nothing more that support the status quo.
 

First of all post 2:30 what you are seeing on this site is after constant clean-up, if you have ever run a blog before you would understand the great difficulty in maintaining a somewhat constructive format. None the less the folks running this do the best possible in not being intrusive on rights yet trying to keep the cussing, name calling etc. So rapidly turning into a name calling free for all is what it would turn out to be if due diligence were not applied on a regular basis. The rest of your post is accurate, and exactly what is going to happen the block is already in place and many many different avenues are being pursured. Good pun by the way. Keep watching this blog, you will as is usual for blogs see it morph in all kinds of directions but in the end will always bend toward the invesigative and information gathering model for which it is intended. Many of those folks posting don't see some of the total ignorant mean nothing posts that must be taken off, simply calling names and in fact postings which do not even pertain to the blog subject line. Of course this is all predictable and you simply have to keep active and watchful for this types of activity.

And of course you will always get the "freedom of speech" you took down my post people, who no matter what will scream and yell and the folks running the sites.

Hello, hello, this is K Ringen, I am a fool to have thought you would not have found me out. I confess to all charges of blog operation, and submit to the penalties, of section 754blop vc 249blog i.e. running a blog without the LE's permission and accept all punishment forthwith. Golly Daddy Mitch what was I thinking, believing that I could fool such sharp investigative people as these. Oh my such a fool I have been.
 

In my earlier post I said that this blog was turning into a name calling fest. That was in no way intended to be knock on the blog administrator. It is a criticism of those folks posting the mud and name calling.

Understood post 3:18, again, thought your post was excellent, just need to let people know the functions and process's that happen, this blog will carry through the elections, the formation of the citizens oversight committee that will be formed, as well as the removal of Mitchell and Hopkins by force of information or the election. As well it will be maintained throughout the process of removal any problem cops, as well as the continued investigation of the corruption and problems that exist in the LE community as a whole in the county. Many would think this type of thing is a flash in the pan type of adventure, and if one just throws enough crap at it, it will go away. Sorry folks not going to happen here. By the way the question is still out there as to the condition and standing of James Beland. Any information in that regard is helpful. So far it appears that Perdock is done, Mitchell is done, Garzoli will be done soon enough, there is more crap on him then you can shake a night stick at. Hopkins is out, investigations have been started through FOIA processes. All entities of the county i.e. supervisors, inside administrative, court employees, Mitchell, Hopkins, and the list goes on, have been notified of this site and the supervisors have been given a position paper on what our intentions are in returning the county back to the people. The ads that ran in the Record bee, and Penny Slaver have been very helpful and all who posted via those ads have been archived. There are other investigations going on not associated with this blog which I am sure will come to bear in due time. The ads were submitted to the supervisors as well along with the position paper.

My husband past away almost four years ago..One of our handguns was taken and on many failed attempts to get it back I was told that the officer was on leave or he would call me back. Never recieved a call so I went to the dept and was told he was not there and I left a number and never heard back..How do I get our gun back? Any help would be very appreciated. Its been almost 4 years and I still cant manage to get it back..How does a gun dissapear? I was also told on one occasion it was locked away in the officers safe in his office so they could not get to it..What do I do? Who can help me?

Man we have heard this one to may times. to post 5:44, each of these postings on the theft of property is being archived. It would seem to me that you should find out the value of the gun, and present your case before the board of supervisors on a Tuesday. You bring it up before the board, because you are going to ask them for the value of the gun from the sheriffs office. The BOS is in charge of the sheriffs funding. And this at least would bring it to their attention and they may move to help you. Be sure you have all the information possible dates times etc to present to them as well as the communications you have attemted. You can contact the BOS, or just present your problem in the open forum the citizens have at each Tuesday meeting. Thats a way to start, I hope you can get it back. This is about the 4 or 5 post on property being stolen by the sheriffs dept.

Ya I think it has been like nine green, wow, a couple other names, and now Ringen. How about we just talk about the issues and dispense with the guessing game, I don't this blog was called 20 questions was it.
 

Some friends in my circle have disclosed some information which I shall pass on to everyone. Again this is simply what’s being talked about around the water cooler. Apparently Sheriff Mitchell has been seen in the Middletown area recently after a very long absence. Doing a little research I discovered Sheriff Mitchell is currently having an affair with recently elected Middletown School Board Member, Sandy Tucker.

Now the issues I have are plenty, however Sandy Tucker is now going around attempting to gain supporters/votes for Sheriff Mitchell aka “her daddy.” It is wrong to attempt to gain the confidence and support of a political position simply because you’re screwing the person seeking election.

Isn’t this excalacty what were having problems with NOW! Citizens of Lake County do not turn a blind eye to this conduct. Show your power on June 8th, 2009. You’re so much stronger than any single person placed in a position of power. VOTE! And choose Frank.

His skills are there, his heart is there, he is angry regarding what is occurring within that department and WILL fix these hard problems at hand. This will only ensure you, your families, and everyone’s safety here in Lake County. And the funny thing is all you have to do is mark a small box on June 8th, 2009.
 

Nobody cares about the Ringen issue, he is not running for the sheriff position, the important information he already gave in previous posts. It was an excellent expose on the corruption within the sheriff's and DA's department. No one is interested in the attack mode some have been trying to employ, as it is typical to attempt to discredit someone when they are exposing the corruption which people don't want reveled. Everyone agrees with what he said originally and are not interested in the historic ramblings of his past some are trying to put forth. But as usual the folks in the LE never come to their own defense, but can only attack the person or people reveling the information or asking the questions. This is why no LE rep. has given their thoughts on why and how Mitchell so terribly threw Hopkins and Perdock under the bus to try and save his own rear-end. Can you say smoke screen?
 

Interesting on the Tucker post, man even if only a third of the reported "affair" issues concerning Mitchell are true and the rest is hearsay this guy is a sneaky one. Sandra just for informational purposes is know by quite a few people, she was associated with Calpine a while back, and as well some construction project in the middletown area, something happened in the construction situation as she was reported to have been "moved" off of that project and placed somewhere else for some reason. Since the post was followed by a push for Rivero, one has to take the information with some caution. Although this appears to be the common theme for Rodney, anyone with information regarding this report please post.
 

Well there it is. Mr. Ringen has placed a cut to the chase post which is straight up, no holds barred, throws down facts, and is telling those that would want to try and discredit him to bring it to the table. Here is a person who is willing to expose himself, and has done so in the past and then calls you LE folks out, and no one will step up to the plate and give their name, but only post to attempt to discredit an individual. Very weak indeed, it does sound like you people never had the courage to go one on one with him as he stated and you don't now either. Remember this is a citizens group blog and our interest is not the attacking of Ringen as you may want to attempt, but it is designed to bring down both Mitchell and Hopkins as well as clear out the corruption that is destroying our county.

Each of you, whom he referenced, as he says, knows who you are, we as well have a decent idea of who he is speaking of. Mr. Ringen we hope that in due time as we continue to collect and investigate via this blog and our other methods that we can use your honesty and information to further the citizens movement to steer the sheriff and DA into a positive direction and as you say away from the current corruption.
 

Very interesting, not to add more fuel to the fire, but it sure is interesting how Hopkins is laying so low right now, not a word since getting hammered by his buddy Mitchell. Sounds like someone is setting battle plans behind the scenes eh? Great couple of posts above, the citizens information train is going full steam, it is great to see, exactly what this county has needed for so many years.
 

I have, along with several others a letter written by a LCSO stating clearly that Russ Perdock, the chief deputy who killed Lynn Thornton knew about the child porn in the ranks as early as 6/10/05 and hid this fact along with the DA and Roday Mithell. The corruption and the cover up also involve the building department and health department and collusion in the courts. The facts are there and the evidence is clear. The person reporting this was actively stalked by the LCSO and two colluding lawyers and Judge Arther Mann are involved in murder with intent. This is clear. The same MO of stalling like in the People vs. Dinius "ploy" was used lettering the time run out on mansalughter for Perdock. Perdock needs to be pursued for perjury, obstruction of justice and witness and evidence tampering and these issues need to be addressed. The employees, that were directly to report to Mitchell have been coming forward about his abuse of his office and his outward infidelities toward his family and his community. This evidence and unfair bargaining practice is evident.
Hopkins press release as the jury for the Dinius trial can only be construde as jury tampering. He has set a new presidence in bad law. None of them will get away with it.
 

Whoever is running against Mitchell and Hopkins need to add some guarantees to their campaign.

The citizens need to be guaranteed that the issues associated with Perdock, Mitchell and Hopkins will be fully investigated. Clearly this will not happen on the current watch.

The citizens need to be guaranteed that a citizen's oversight committee that will act in lieu of (but can include) the Sheriff's Advisory Committee, have public meetings, and report directly to the Attorney General.

I'll add to the post above, by saying that Judge Mann has been suspect for quite a few years, judges are hard to nail down, but it appears that we have some serious issues in that arena as well. My my when will the FBI and or other investigative agencies be brought into the fray? It sounds like it is getting closer and closer, I'll bet there are quite a few people thinking about running for cover right now eh? Getting a little dicey out there isn't it.
 

That's good that Rivero made that promise, we will need him and any others to specifically state they will investigate and prosecute all of the concerns surrounding Perdock, etc. etc. as a part of their campaign.
 

There is no such thing in California law as a "civil" grand jury. California has historically had only "regular" grand juries and every county is required by the California Constitution to have one every year. The regular grand juries have always had two different functions: criminal and civil.
One function, the criminal one, is to hear evidence to determine whether in the grand jury’s view it is sufficient to warrant making an accused stand trial. Typically the District Attorney’s office decided who to accuse, on what charges and what evidence to bring to the attention of the grand jury. The District Attorney guided and advised the grand jury during its receipt of the evidence. The grand jury determined whether or not to issue an indictment. As discussed below, this indictment function has fallen into disuse in some, but not all, counties. In addition to standard criminal indictment activity, potentially included within the criminal function is the obligation of every regular grand jury to investigate “willful or corrupt misconduct in office of public officers of every description within the county. Whether or not a grand jury’s indictment function has fallen into disuse, this is a mandatory obligation and obviously may uncover
criminal activity
 

The term “civil grand jury” is frequently used as a shorthand way to refer to a regular grand jury that sits in a county where the regular grand jury’s indictment powers are not called upon. It is a convenient, but unfortunate, shorthand term that it makes it easy to refer to such a regular grand jury. The CGJA tries to avoid the term, however, and encourages grand jurors to do the same. The reason is that the term conveys the impression to the public, the media, the government officials over whom you have oversight jurisdiction, and perhaps worst of all, to grand jurors themselves, that regular grand jurors do not have the strong powers that in fact they do have. It can lead to a diminishing awareness of and commitment to your powers to investigate public official misconduct in office, to issue accusations, to direct the District Attorney to recover monies and to investigate criminal matters even if you will not be asked to issue an
indictment. I also thought that what I think was a re-post on the Grand Jury/Civil grand jury was quite informative, it appears that all of these avenues will be put to the test in due time huh?

Keep up the good work, and if we don't rid ourselves of these guys before the election, remember vote vote vote in the upcoming election. One never knows if Mitchell and Hopkins are either vain enough or delusional enough to think they may have a chance despite the citizens current vote of no confidence, they may have a few people gathered around them telling them you have the support. Again, we don't terribly mind if they run, as it offers the opportunity to grind on them and they may be gluttons for punishment, but it would be even nicer if they saw the light and removed themselves from office.

Post 11:23 nov 9 I think the majority of the post renders some good points and concepts that have previously been brought to light. The "child porn" has pretty much been de-bunked however and does not serve the specific ideal and purpose of what is being discussed here. We do not have the time nor need to explore dead ends in our quest to rid the county of the corruption which has plagued the sheriffs and DA for so many years.

On another note it was a suprise to see how so many people attacked Ringen and then when he "called" them out" not a single return post, doesn't make much sense, but is the nature of these discussions as they unfold.
 

On Monday November 9th, during the 1:30pm Calendar in Department 2, Judge Martin decided (following his earlier decision September 8th 1:30 Calendar) that it is okay for the Sheriff's Alternative Work Program to excluded disabled persons, based solely on their disability and symptoms. This decision amounts to one County employee giving legal cover (without ANY legal basis) to another County program for discrimination against the disabled. At this point, if you're disabled, you have to serve your 20 day or less jail sentence in jail: if you're not disabled, you're free to apply to work those days off, and go home at night.

While this is not felonious behavior, it's a symptom of tyranny. No one wants to confront the LCSO: not the DA, not the Judges elected to do just that. The Supervisors say they don't have control, but they control the purse! "Can't" means "don't want to" in this County, and it's time to make that broadly understood.

To Post 9:15 that is a terrible decision on judge Martins part if in fact it is correct. There are hundreds of jobs that need to be done in this county, and many of those can be done while sitting at desks, sweeping up the county offices, assisting in mailings, Judge Martin is known for his less then ethical and intelligent rulings, I would suggest that this is put before the board, in regards to the potential financial impact if one were to sue the county for discrimination on the basis of disability. He knows that the county is a poor one and that there are many people who have little income and are disabled. To allow a program that provides an alternative to the non-disabled to stay out of a jail stay vs those who are and by his ruling cannot is a terrible decision on his part, and I suspect is unfair treatment and the county could be brought to task on this one. Does he make these rulings willy nilly on his own, this is a decision that has huge impacts if it is seen as discriminatory. I would not let this one pass, and would go before the board and indicate that there is a movement on the rise that is contemplating a lawsuit in this regard, and that I assure you would get the boards attention. You can even do it in the 3 minute allocation time each Tuesday that is provided for public imput.

And now Sandra Tucker is having a sexual affair with a married man who is our elected sheriff. I voted for you Sandra Tucker. You were supposed to be the one who was going to set the example of honesty, integrity, and moral values for our children to admire. Isn’t this why you wanted to be on the Middletown School’s Board? So what happened? Sandra I’ve been hearing this Sheriff Mitchell affair crap for a few months now. I’m so broken hearted over this. Sandra! He’s a married man who has a bed ridden wife of 25+ years at home. What are you doing?! As far as for Sheriff Mitchell, how can you look at yourself every morning?! Your department is in runions. The Garzoli helicopter problem, the boat crash conspiracy, the up coming Channel 7 news about racial profiling. Wow! And in this debriefing report you say you want be re elected!

Every one of you out there has an obligation to call Corby Olsen 707-987-4100 of the Middletown School Board and voice your outrage and demand an investigation. Every one of you has the obligation to call the Board of Supervisors and voice your concerns about Sheriff Mitchell and demand an investigation. These are heavy accusations being put forth, and over and over sheriff Mitchell and his potential affairs and exploits have been the subject of discussion many times. Funny thing is none of the people nor any LE has come on to dis-credit those postings. I cannot say if these allegations are true or not, we can only look to the consistency of thepostings, and draw the conclusion that something is rotten with Mitchell and it furthers the call that he step down, along with Hopkins. Keep updated on this website post all information you can and pass this website on to all you know.

I have worked with him at LCSO for 10 years. He loved his job, worked hard and always looked out for the union. We voted him in as a President or Vice-President several times and in almost all cases nobody ran against him. Mitchell went after Kip several times and even tried to accuse him of tailgating in an unmarked car. He challenged Mitchell and his management and won. Kip doesn't pull any punches. He will tell you to your face on how he feels even if he is wrong.

If anyone has seen Mitchell in Middletown with Olsen, please notice if it is during the weekdays and/or if he is using a department car (usually a Ford Taurus). Write the license plate number, the address it is at and the date/time. After that post it here. Several deputies have been disciplined for having sex on duty and I for one would love to catch him violating his own policy.

Cars, plates, all information that can be gathered, all of these posts are being archived. Anyone pulled over harassed or treated in a manner not fitting of a public servant get that information. There are a couple of other big fronts that are being opened up as well, one is in regard to DUI's and the CHP, the way they are being handled in court and the mis-use of DUI check-points in our county. We have uncovered instances of the general public being pulled in to check-points and even after a few questions from the officer, i.e. have you been drinking etc. the driver is clear eyed and sober and answers clearly, if for example it is a hispanic person they will then say let me see your id or papers. CANT DO THAT, can't do it to a white person either for that matter. No probable cause!..You cannot round up the general public and under the guise of a DUI checkpoint check papers and identification etc. You can determine if you think they are drunk or not, but beyond that you simply release the citizen on their way. The germans rounded up the jews in that manner. The ACLU and a advocacy group in Sacramento as well have been contacted, and both agree that there is a problem in this area, information is being gathered and documentation surrounding this concern, and will keep you up-dated on this discriminatory practice as it becomes available. So a shout out to the CHP this is being watched and we will be, looking at this very carefully.
 

To the concerned mother and all others, vote vote vote, if Mitchell and Hopkins refuse to do the right thing and step down prior to the election, then it will be critical that all people, do what is necessary to get out the vote, bring friends in cars, absentee ballots, go out and fight for the person you are voting for. For anyone who wants to say this is speculation or just name calling, think again I know this situation, this is exactly what happened and a perfect perfect example of what the local LE in this county has become. Don't even try to play this down, I will nail you on it. This exact event happened, exactly the way it is described. Sara, oh Sara this person is right, you better clean up your own house, I would like to see this investigated further. The courts Calendar can be gotten on the dates of the court appearances, I am positive of that, it can be done in a couple of ways. FoIA is one will post more tomorro.

What's up with LE taking a person's ID when they stop or arrest them. This has happened to several people that I know. Since it is a requirement to have ID, this leaves them vulnerable to being arrested again. Not to mention the inconvenience and expense of getting a new ID.
 

Doesn't make much sense to me as to the taking of ID's, however if that actually happens to someone, it is very important to get the name and details of the officer(s) involved. Again this cannot be mentioned enough, no one can follow up on offenses without the detailed information. Make sure all everyone to do this, and pass this site information to everyone you know, there is a larger and larger following happening here, and we need to get as much of the county participating as possible.

Mike Walker the CHP ran a construction company using the taxpayers car. Dr. Freeman was happy to have his house built by parolees, the corrupt LCSO work force. Kick back and threats it they don't do as they are told and of course if you hassle them you will be pulled over and a tail light broken just to show you "who's boss"... such is the life of the corrupt. Networking and win win situation is what they call it. Corruption and theft is what it actually is. Then again who, in the county didn't know this? Just didn't want to be left out of the game or too scared to speak out least they will be out of the "group". Honesty and integrity? It isn't easy for everyone. It is essential, but then again anything worth doing usually takes thought and effort and a little courage. Lake county is lacking in that or is just so apathetic it is a breeding ground for those that will take advantage.

As one of the persons who started looking into the LCSO Corruption, and one who pretty much knows who sits within the all mighty GOB Network, and those who are in line for investigation, I can tell you the answer to your question is NO! Gary is one of the good guys and is as concerned with the goings on within his dept as you and I are, he has been very helpful in his line of work as well as providing me with the certainty of my investigation!

The names places times and apparent actions have been fully covered, I have personnally seen them all, while watching this and many other postings and blogs. When the postings move to paragraphs of Monica, the republicans, clinton, and run on and on, it I suspect has to be moderated to some degree, all of us are in this for the same end result, please now that the porn issue has been covered, do some work for the site and find and seek out other issues as well, they are all tied to the same need for the removal of Mitchell and Hopkins and the rest of the unsavory people everywhere from the courts and judges to the activities of the police on the street.

Gary Frace is President of the Lake County Deputy Sheriff's Association. He is also an anointed member of the SWAT Good Old Boys Gang. He was duked into the DSA president's position because he is not very bright and easily manipulated by the gang that controls the DSA. Frace and the DSA gang have tried, unsucessfully to knock Rivero down. They recently had a meeting to try and chastise Rivero behind his back for speaking to the media about the lack of supervision, oversight and control at the LCSO. Rivero showed up at the meeting and put a lid on them. They are afraid of him becoming sheriff because he has broken the Code Of Silence and they can not cow him into accepting the status quo corruption and disorder. To put it mildly, Rivero has caused problems on their gravy train.

Frace sucks up to Mitchell all the while hedging his bets by occasionally trying to swap spit with Rivero. So far, Rivero has not kissed, but he sure is telling.

By the way, SWAT/K-9 Deputy Joe Dutra's wife is also named SARA.

Any one notice how Hopkins is trying to grandstand this open and shut attempted murder case. I mean come on, the victim is the witness and everyone knows each other. I thought the channel 7 story was more of a focus on San Fransisco and what Rivero did there, not so much on Lake county, but I may be wrong, none the less what ever is in the report should be quite interesting, I hope it has some direct correlation to lake county and our corruption, and that it is spoken of in that manner, but will have to wait and see. I suspect no matter what it will not be putting the LE organizations no matter where their from in a good light, as this type of thing is happening across this state and in fact the nation. To the Nov 11 10:38, You hit the nail on the head! Frace and Dutra's wives are both Saras. Dutra's is the one that got Gary Frace into LCSO they are the best of buds. Sara Dutra is the step daughter of Doug Rhoades! Frace should have never been hired at the SO because he would never have passed a polygraph. Frace has some ugly family history. Prior to becoming a LCSO Frace was investigated in the embezzlement of a local business by DA investigator Flynn. Frace admitted receiving money and his involvement but placed the blame on the business' office manager. The office manager, a mother of four young children was later convicted and spent a year in the county jail, upon her release she has been forced to repay the money. Flynn claimed that without Frace's help he could not have got a conviction against the office manager. Frace was never charged with anything.
 

I have a neighbor lady that made wrong choices in her younger days. She's now a wife and mother who has corrected her ways, learned from her mistakes and has been on a straight path for serveral years. Recently she applied for a postion with the jail for a correctional officer. She's smart, sincere and a hard worker. She was informed by the SO that she didn't qualify for the position because she didn't have a clean past. For clarification, she's never been arrested.

My question: Why would Mr. Frace qualify to become a deputy if there is any truth to his involvment in embezzlement? I get it that he turned states evidence but that doesn't make his actions disappear.
 

Adding to 1:54 PM's post, Gary Frace was recently sued and
"internally investigated" for ransacking the financial endowment account of a mentally retarded adult he and his wife care for. Not surprisingly, the investigators (his buddies) found no wrong doing. The law suit is a matter of public record and available on the forth floor of the courthouse in Lakeport.

Frace did not "turn states evidence" he just was never charged. Right after that he became a SO. Frace was friends with Dutra and he helped him get into the SO.

Martina Santor (LPPO Santor's wife) a DA adult abuse investigator and Mr Brown (ret) were the ones involved. The amount was $20K that was to be deposited into a "special needs trust" account. It never was deposited and was spent by Gary and Sara Frace. When the complaint was filed and the complaining party interviewed, DA investigator Santor told the complaining party not to tell anyone....not even their lawyers! When asked, why not? the reply was because "this involves an SO and we don't want anyone to know"! Oh and this wicked tail just gets longer!
 

Before you start ranting about Mia aka Alice, I suggest you inquire about the pile high evidence this woman has against her accusers. The fact remains that is why she is a X! She could no longer stand by a person she no longer knew as her husband! Swallowed in by the finest of the corrupt! Just ask her to show it too you, and she will with no problem!

First off, Is this the same Frace Family that has a ranch/farm in Kelseyville? Were Gary and Sara taking care of this challenged adult within their home? Who exactly was the complaining party? Wow! Just when I formed an opinion about the Lakeport Police Department keeping their noses clean. I realize you refer to the wife, a DA employee and the spouse of a LPPD, but my my my, they live in the same household. Maybe the wife was forced to respond in that fashion in order to keep her job.

Alright here it is the The answer to the Sara/Lcso question is DUTRA, This is the name of the officer referenced in the SARA post, my understanding is an investigation team dug into and contacted an inside source and the information was given, but they requested that who they are on the inside be kept silent for now, and they said they would do so. Again the answer is DUTRA. Well Sara time to change your ways I think. Great bit of work whoever did the investigation, this is how the citizens group works, and will continue to, we have a long way to go. Much is in the works to say the least it would seem.

Oh my gosh, well that just about does it. i think Frank Reviro is no where close to being able to do Mitchells job. He cant even be a goood cop. i advise every one to listen to him. He is bitter and the people he has helping him (ie Kingen and Lande) they were fired and let go because they could not do thier job either. They all lie and cheet and i dont think no i mean i know they are not even close able to do a goo job

Ok, now for somemore information. Rec'd some today. I will state the basics of this until I look into it myself and get more detailed info, but here is a start.
Reported to CLPD - Robbery at Auto Body Shop in Clearlake. Cash stolen out of the safe. Employee accused. Employee gets pulled over by CLPD, asked if they had been drinking. Employee says no. CLPD asks for sobriety test. Employee says NO. Asked for a blood draw. Employee says NO. Employee arrested for refusal to test. Shows up in court. CLPD shows up with piss test employee supposively had taken. NOT. Test shows positive for Cocaine.
Employee states this. Money was not stolen from safe, it was drugs, cocaine but of course they couldn't claim that! Auto Body is on Hwy 53. CLPD officer involved in cover up! Employee served time in LC Jail 6 months.
 

Brian Lande was on duty when I saw him in action. He was high strung, agitated to the point that I had to tell him to get a grip and calm down. He was shouting and stuttering, not the least professional. He was over reacting to the situation before he asked a single question. I do commend him for speaking up but he was, in my opinion, just another deputy that had no business being hired.
 

I appreciate the fact that these men have come forth with the information revealed in the news tonight. I'm a citizen within Lake County and have been reading and watching all that has been going on within this county ever since the Dinius Trial. I stay at home taking care of my terminally ill husband and dont get out much these days. I dont always believe what I read in the papers or what I am told by others, but these past three plus years have been appaulling (sp) to me. To think things like this really do take place within a small community such as this, is truely saddening. For the sake of the community I pray the truth is revealed in order for the county to heal and move on to a brighter future. If I thought a lack of sleep from taking care of my husband was bad, this is the frosting on the cake. Good Luck to all who seek justice.
 

Personally, I hope this has opened the door to all others within the Dept to step forward and provide investigations with the truth!
I know of four other officers who have stated to me that they wish they could but have families to support and worry about. Now thats bad! So if 3 + 4 = 7 within the force that say the same thing, are you telling me they are all liars or strung out or dont know how to do their jobs? Sorry but not buying it!
 

Asked my spouse who knows both Frace and Dutra for many years after reading the posts on this page. They said Frace is a dumb S**t and would be too afraid to plant drugs on anyone but that is Dutra vindictive SOB that would do it. How about your comments to us, as our supervisor, that a female prisoner should be placed in the back of a K9 car with a police dog. I had to remind you that in modern law enforcement we have audio and video recorders called MAV's. Should I make you a copy? Or how about your comments that any suspect that hurts a cop needs to go to the hospital. I don't believe in that and it has no place in Modern law enforcement. Police brutality is illegal and I do not tolerate it. Before you take the high and mighty road that you are ethical and the LCSO is corrupt take a look in the mirror and at your actions on and off duty. It is sad...At one time I respected you. You can hate who you want, but you and I know the truth. The LCSO could use some changes, but old school law enforcement like yours has no place any more. Why don't you stick to the truth instead of using half truths to get back at the Sheriff while hurting innocent cops and their families. Maybe then you could actually help Law Enforcement instead of hurting innocent cops and families. Transparency is a good thing, I welcome it. Allegations should be investigated to conclusion, but try including the whole story some time...it helps your credibility.

About that evidence trailer mentioned (Nov 10 9:50PM), it was full of drugs, weapons, etc. At least 3 inmates besides myself watched as the officers took it and loaded it into their vehicles.

If anyone reads the email sent to Dan Noyes at Ch-7 about Ringen's arrests, well let me enlighten you what Ringen did.
During those so called 18 arrests in 7 years, Ringen worked almost exclusively for the state union known as PORAC. He was rarely in Lake County. When he was in county, he worked as a detective in Welfare.
Almost all wefare crimes are paper trails that result in filing charges with the DA's Office and almost never involves an on site arrest. When the judge issues an arrest warrant, the warrant is assigned to a beat deputy to serve.

Mitchell failed to inform Ch-7 of this.
 

I hadn't made my mind up about anything that has been said or printed and have been keeping a open mind until the facts are presented in their full and complete form of process. Yet, tonight I have to say I swayed away from this line of thinking just as soon as I saw the poster hanging on Sheriff Mitchells Wall. To display this type of message, really hit me hard and for that he is now in question!

My heart filled with shame and disgust but then I felt better because I now know changes will be made and LCLE will watch the way they treat people. I understand there are good men/woman in LE and you have families but you also have disrectful people in your lot like Walsh and Dutra from LCSO, Steely from LPPD. As the next few months churn up a lot of stuff, you in LE have a lot to fear if you have a past, who did you screw over/what did you take that was not yours, what young woman did you grope under the guise that you were checking for weapons! Dear DOJ do we have some stories to tell and transcripts and paper work to go with it! Thank you to those men tonight on ABC you are the heros of our county! Forgive be for not knowing but I gather from your post that you are a deputy, right? If so, I too commend you and yes you are an honorable man. To step up to the plate is exactly what the citizens deserve from all persons who can contribute information to correct this mess. I understand the reluctance from those depending on their pay checks to survive but if those people could somehow, maybe via friends or this blog, get their information out, life would be better for everyone in Lake County. I'm encouraged, though sad, by the postings. Until the sailboat fiasco I didn't pay much attention. My eyes are now opened wide and I look forward to upcoming election.
 

Well John, nice to see that you stepped up to the plate, eventhough you are blogging while on duty. I will address each of your comments since you seem to leave some things out.
First, the comment about female prisoners is not as you state. As I remember you had a combative female prisoner that was being placed in the front seat of your vehicle and I jokingly said something about she should be placed in the back seat of your car. You knew it was in jest.
As for me stating that anyone that hurts a cop needs to go to the hospital, yep, I said that. But that didn't mean that you do a "Rodney King." You know exactly how that comment was delivered and know you are presenting it out of context.
I have no idea what you are talking about as to "looking into the mirror" and my "actions on and off duty." I am no saint and I know I have done things I am not proud of, but, I have not done anything illegal or immoral.
And as for "hurting innocent cops and their families," how have I done that? I have not even mentioned any names, until now. Isn't it true that you are one of the worst offenders in the department concerning racism? Aren't you one of the deputies that was calling Frank a "wetback", a "Cuban drug-runner", among other racial comments? And aren't you the one that said that gays are a disliked minority and aren't entitled to any rights or protection.
And is it not true that you sit in the office for hours watching TV and blogging on the computer, just as you are now? You know, while the citizens are paying you to be patrolling the streets, supposedly protecting them.
You know what they say about glass houses, brother. We all have things we wish we could hide.

Please give some details as to why you believe Officer Steely is a bad apple. Although I don't know him personally I've met him and my first impression wasn't negative. I need to know who I'm dealing with and your post gave me reason to doubt my first impression. I can't go into detail regarding my need to know because the situation is to complicated but your input is desperately needed. I don't need to be spilling my guts to a "Yes Man".

Wow and back and forth they go, great dialog, I as someone who watches this blog, and posts on it sometimes, these have been well written, I hope the dialog keeps going. I must say evening knowing how difficult it is for some, it is time, it is time for Lake County to undergo the change that many counties and cities have already from the autocratic LE role to the community role working in concert with the citizens. Mitchell must go, Hopkins must go, others may have to, questions to be asked as to how and why. Some will still try to fight it. But in the end Lake County will have to change and grow up.Now is the time. The picture on the wall? utterly astounding! A daggar of self inflicted destruction, Hopkins is lying low right now it won't work in the long run. Thanks to both sides for the continued civil though at times difficult exchanges.
 

LMFAO - Ok people we have now heard it from not just one but several officers contesting to on duty blogging. Let me explain. During the Dinius trial I noted this going on in the recordbee topix forum. It struck me as odd that this poster was so informed on the law. With the help of someone from the Sailing Anarchy, I was able to trace the IP Address to the County Of Lake Courthouse!
This information was turned into the Board of Supervisors when found. Blogging by anyone who works under the taxpayers money is wrong. So, now we have it also that LCSO blogs on county time! Thank You Officers. Like I said on Dan Noyes Blog, you guys are killing yourselves. Way to Go, just what we wanted....everyone throwing each other under the bus and the truth will come out eventually. Just one of the so called Smattering Here!
 

There have been cases of citizens who were arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of drugs but with no proof. When they refused a urine test, they were kept in jail, in one case up to fifteen days all the while trying to force him into admitting to being under the influence. No charges filed and no rights read. If they're so sure of their flashlight test, why do they need a urine test?

I absolutely have made comments that I later understood to be inappropriate. I never meant anything in a derogatory way, but my humor was inappropriate. I also wholeheartedly apologized to the individual in question and I meant it...Ask him. It was inexcusable on my part and I should have realised that innocent comments could still hurt someone. I did NOT EVER call anyone a wetback. Again...ask him. And try telling the whole truth.

AND NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER SAID THAT GAYS ARE A DISLIKED MINORITY AND NOT ENTITLED TO RIGHTS OR PROTECTION. Really, where did you pull that out of. I will admit my faults, but sometime Kip I hope you start telling the WHOLE truth, not just what suits your political agenda. If Frank wants to run a fair campaign, he should not be letting you run around spreading lies. Frank does have some fair points that I am man enough to admit need to be addressed, but all I have seen are allegations without evidence.

The citizens oversight committee was mentioned and that was one of the original goals stated by this blog site. Right now people are looking at the various aspects, of a oversight group, the state offices, AG and other agencies have been contacted and a model of how it can work, what the powers are etc. has to be presented to the public eventually. It will be important that each of the candidates in the upcoming election commit to recognizing an oversight as part of the integral operation of the Sheriffs and DA organizations. This can be done and has been done in other cities and counties.

The person with the question about LPPD Officer Steely. Steely's problem started with an unhappy childhood where he was restricted from all the normal activities that most parents take for granted for their children. Once becoming a LPPO he was trained by an ex-LCSO that used him as a pawn to harrass a number of citizens that he had a hard-on for. Steely was taught to be rude and uncaring and suffers from a lack of social skills. He looks and acts like he takes steriods. The zealot church he has always belonged to is a world of its own, with stories of arranged marriages and a school so strict that they won't admitt your child/ren if you've ever let them watch any of "Harry Potter" movies! This is no one with enough work or life experience for you to be "pouring your heart out to" when everthing comes out in the wash, Steely will be under investigation along with his buddy for his crimes committed against local citizen's civil rights! Wait and see!

Nice try on shifting the argument with using the arrests stats, Rod.The definition of Racial profiling is, "the inappropriate reliance on race as a factor in deciding to stop or search an individual." Publish your traffic stops and pedestrian contacts broken down by race and get back to me. Then tell me there is no racial profiling.

Finally, regarding your "Jose Doe" comment, you know damn well that Sgt. Chwailkowski never said anything about "Jose Doe." What he did say in front of a REACH nurse and 12 other supervisors, was "what if Jose is down." That comment referred to his reluctance to call an air ambulance for any critically injured hispanic who may need REACH to fly them to an out of county hospital.

He is so full of shit on his answers. We need to keep bring the I-Team back to Lake County and have a town/county meeting and talk about our fact, experiences, etc. They can't arrest everyone! And as for the people talking shit about weed growers not paying taxes, give me a fucking break! If you grew weed and sold it or anything you wouldn't claim it! Now would you! [Gary Frace is President of the Lake County Deputy Sheriff's Association. He is also an anointed member of the SWAT Good Old Boys Gang. He was duked into the DSA president's position because he is not very bright and easily manipulated by the gang that controls the DSA. Frace and the DSA gang have tried, unsucessfully to knock Rivero down. They recently had a meeting to try and chastise Rivero behind his back for speaking to the media about the lack of supervision, oversight and control at the LCSO. Rivero showed up at the meeting and put a lid on them. As for Gary Frace and the DSA, he did not get “duked” (Is that a word?), maybe you meant duped. The President position is not a popular position and definitely puts you in the spotlight with management. Kip held this position for years. And while I disagree with most of Kip’s views, he did a job that very few wanted to do. I do respect that. Nobody else wanted that position when Kip left and Gary stepped up at Kip’s request right? I think Gary is doing an outstanding job in being fair and trying to represent everyone in the association equally, including Frank. Again, if you are representing Frank maybe you should ask him if he is being treated fairly by the DSA. Kind of funny that you claim that Frace is being controlled by ‘they’, but he is also ‘swapping spit’ with Frank. Your interpretation is obviously biased, but , (and maybe I am wrong), one would assume that a fair President would talk to all of the candidates openly about issues so he could fairly represent the members. Hmmm Good job on the erroneous mudslinging though. Kudos.

If there is evidence to be presented regarding corruption with any public official then I hope you take it to the appropriate agency to help you, but personal attacks against people and their families should be beneath you.

These are difficult times in the county for everyone, but there must be transparency, and the end result will hurt a few people no doubt, again time to turn your collective LE attention to your bosses, Mitchell and Hopkins it is time for the DSA to call for their removal, time for those entities to step up to the plate and start the healing and necessary change. And get that awful picture off the wall at Mitchells office, what a dumb a** that picture told a thousand words.

If Mitchell in fact knew nothing about what garzoli was doing then Garzoli WOULD deserve the criticism, but everyone is convinced Mitchell knew about, so what did garzoli do wrong? Im from the outside and dont know either of them but this question had been buggin me.

Looks like we had a thread change for security and record keeping, the recent previous posts are there just a page back it looks like. I am amazed to see the people still posting and trying to hold on to the old guard even after the channel 7 report. All of you just do us one favor, if you want to go after others running for office in a intelligent manner do so. But just admit one or two things before that. First that you agree Mitchell and Hopkins are out, and that the DSA and all officers need to make that statement. Two that the poster Mitchell had on his wall is offensive, ignorant, and a sign of why the local LE are in this position in the first place. If you at this point cannot make those statements then your ignorance belies any intelligence you may try to convey and your posts become ineffective ramblings. Can you just do that, step up to the plate and admit the problems, say it, you really can do it.
 

Boy a lot of questions have been asked overnight and after the I team report, all will be answered I suspect in due time, don't think they haven't been noticed and recorded and archived. They have and those plus much more will be acted upon in due time. There are alot of citizens now gathering information and working with folks on the inside of the two organizations. The time for change in Lake County has come.
 

Great post 12:18 but I doubt you will get any takers, these folks are stubborn it takes a real continual pounding, over many many years of ignorance a thick shell of denial has been built up, and it takes a lot of pounding to break it. I think some of them can be saved, but not to many, time will tell

Oh by the way, it doesn't look like this is going to be a bashing forum for gossett alarm,whoever they are, but you can start a bash Gossett blog yourself if it is that important to ya. Just watch out for those darn LE folks they really like trying to subvert blog sites.

Thanks to the two posts below. It seems there is common knowledge of Mitchell wanting his own "Helicopter Unit" I don't know if Dave was "Misled" by Mitchell or not. I do know he was led by Mitchell. "IF" Mitchell had the "Blessing" from the BOS Then there is no problem. It's hard to believe Mitchell could attempt such a grandiose "Project" right under the noses of some or all of the BOS. One question is, If Dave hadn't "crashed" how far would the program have gone? Why is it that the BOS didn't know anything about it when so much of the public did? Since it is plainly obvious Mitchell lied about knowing what garzoli was doing in regard to starting a helicopter unit, why is everone mad at Garzoli? If your convinved mitchell lied about it that also says Garzoli must have been authorized to start that program? If Mitchell in fact knew nothing about what garzoli was doing then Garzoli WOULD deserve the criticism, but everyone is convinced Mitchell knew about, so what did garzoli do wrong? Im from the outside and dont know either of them but this question had been buggin me.

as all of you coming on to the web site at this time can tell the mad posters are back, so we have set monitor phase of the system, there for their posts must go through a secondary phase and then we allow them to be posted, continue to post, it will simply take a bit longer to see your post come on the page. As long as the mad gossett posters come on the system and you will know of course when they do you will see us activate the moderation mode, so no big deal, they wish for the sight to be shut down but it wont, except when we feel we have gathered all the necessary information, the success has been great so far and we thank all of you for you help and hard work as the citizens take their county back for the corruption in our county.
 

Thanks for the help on the dummies posting on the site. We all know who are following this site that a big nerve was hit on the LE, I was watching the excellent channel 7 report, and was amazed to see how deep in the dark ages local LE is. It is actually scary to see such small ignorant people such as the kids doing the posting to try and shut down the site. I hope you keep this site going, I have posted several times to the moderator information that I don't want posted and I am glad to see their is now that option, thanks for the help.
 

A heads up for all posting, we did not realize once we put the site on moderator which lets us see the postings before they on up, how many people wanted to post significant information which they did not want on the public view for right now. Thanks actually to the ones doing the rapid posting to try and shut down the site, it didn't work of course but it did give us a chance to try something new, which seem to be working well, keep posting to us, thanks for the help.
 

Hey all did we cover the Sara Durta subject in full, I think we have dug up another LE scum in the mix. By the way, I get a great kick out watching these guys keep guessing who is running this site, since I know it isn't any of the guesses, what did we have Ringen, Nine green Wow, a gossett person, and I think several more, I just love watch these LE folks squirm like this, I cant stop laughing when I see it. Anyway thanks for all the help this web site has changed the tide of things in lake county and thank God. now bring the elections on so we can rid ourselves of Mitchell Hopkins and the rest of their corruption.

No single individual can go head to head with these criminal organizations, but collectively we can see to it that they are disbanded and that new, prudent leadership emerges. I have watched the "rants" against the Gossetts for two days. I went back five pages to see what made these law enforcement personal or their friends/family get so mad and go ballistist. I found consive and truthfull comments involving officer's Frace, Walch, and Dutra. I'm sorry but I believe the folks behind these rants are LCSO's "jack booted thugs" at full swing trying to harrass these people! No one is going to believe these rants because they are so childish and just plain wrong. I don't think the woman mentioned even knows about this blog. I don't see any evidence of a response, which tells me that the Gossetts are unaware of these libelous remarks being directed against them. I do know that Gary Frace's aunt was Linda Gossett who died from cancer in 2004, so why air dirty family deeds in a public form? I am sure this is nothing but a "family issue" that no one on here wants to hear. It is more than obvious the posters are from LE and you have done nothing more than prove what has been said before, you want to continue to intimidate people just like you tried when you believed that Ms Gossett was the web master.
