1032 I heard KKKlint Saturday but didn't record it. I heard it again today but this time I did record it. It's one thing to tell someone what you heard and another to let them hear it for themselves.Maybe the audio can be posted at the top of the page as the garzoli tape was? Hearing it again it was more powerful than the first time I heard it.

This is something that could probably happen to many of us and if found guilty she'll pay a high price for her DUI. I don't think her booking photo or anyone else's should be displayed in public. Let's concentrate on Mitchell's many misdeeds and work on booting his fat ass out of office tomorrow. We need a new sheriff.

4. What role has Joe Ford played in the actions of Mitchell's campaign?
5. Why did Mitchell not require a PAS on Perdock in such a terrible accident?
6. What is the exact reason for the deed transfer from Becky to Mitchell?
7. What knowledge did Mitchell have of the activities of "Rach"?
8. What role and collusion did Mitchell have with LCN and Record Bee on setting up the false and misleading "CHP" headline in their papers?
9. How vehement a supporter is Ms. Hammers the Ad editor of the Record Bee?
10. What role did Bob Jordan play in reveling Rivero's personal file, and what of the information did he illegally release based on his own records he collected in his initial investigation when Rivero was hired.
11. What knowledge did Mitchell have of the distribution of the SFPD drug bust pictures that were shown to people indicating that this is Rivero dealing drugs in Florida?
12. Did deputies and others go to people's houses and falsely indicate they were LE from Sonoma asking people to vote for Mitchell, who were the individuals and who set up this lie and execution of this illegal activity?


There are many many more questions to be asked, but will leave it at that as to not overwhelm the Mitchell supporters intellect.

Will Mitchell apply for the Lakeport Police Chief's job when hje is voted out of office? This after publicly insulting all the LPD Officers in the paper insinuating they are not real Cops and they are not competant. I know that's the way he feels and that's been his attitude toward LPD and CPD for years thiinking they are nothing but I was surprised to see him come out and say it.

I would hate to see Mitchell move to LPD and ruin another good department like he has with the SO.

I don't think any booking photos should be shown...they should be shown only after proven guilty, like FBI Ten Most Wanted or something....not just because someone got arrested for crying out loud. But if they are doing it, they should do them all, not pick and choose.

He left there for Sacramento to work for the DOJ where he lasted a week before daddy pulled more strings and Rod hired him as a Sergeant. Since then he's been on his knees in front of Rod every day. These are the people in charge. She's also a Mitchelle supporter. She has court on tuesday November 2nd I would like to see the outcome of this because of who she works for and who she supports.

Any voter can vote at any polling place, just so you know. They will direct you to your designated place, but if need be, you can vote where you are. Also, if you lost or misplaced your absentee ballot, you can vote what is called a provisional ballot and they double check at the courthouse later that you didn't vote twice. If you have a problem voting, whether technical--long lines, change of polling location, broken machines, registration confusion--or human--problems of voter intimidation or misinformation, aggressive challenges from poll watchers, inappropriate electioneering--you can report it to the coalition. In a conference call this morning, the folks at Election Protection reported some of what they've been responding to in early voting and this morning, as well as problem areas they're giving extra attention. In addition, Cheryl at Jack and Jill Politics is reporting that teabaggers in South Carolina are intimidating black college students at Benedict College and North Hope Center precinct at Sumter.

Texas, Arizona, Wisconsin, and parts of Chicago are getting extra attention because of past problems, and because of activities leading up to today--the flyers and promises of intimidation in Houston from the "King Street Patriots" intended to suppress minority voting, specific targeting of Latino voters in Arizona and particularly Maricopa County, plans for voter caging to disenfranchise students and minority voters in Wisconsin, and flyers saying "stop blacks from stealing the election" in Chicago.

In other words, Republicans up to their usual tricks in reinforcing their vision of democracy for white people, and Republicans, only. Again, if you experience or see any kind of hassle voting--whether logistical, mechanical, or human caused, call Election Protection at 1-866-OUR-VOTE or 1-888-Ve-Y-Vota.
