I like clint about as much as I like the dry heaves but I will say that as a manager I'm totally bummed at the number of non-english speaking workers I have to contend with. They are damaging to customer service and it's a total pain because they necessitate a translator. It's tough on business when it takes three people to convey one message.
I don't consider myself racist but it really is a total, costly, annoying pain in the ass when people who earn US dough don't speaky the langy.
Let's hope Rivero won't allow non-english speaking deputies as that would be tantamount to insurrection.

Okay lets address history 11:27, there were many non-english speaking peoples who fought and died in our American revolution, civil war, Spanish American war, WW1, and most notably WW2, were a large number of American patriots fought in the European theatre who's families were wrongly incarcerated because of race, fear, and bigotry and for whom english was a second language.
