Isn't this just a Rivero political web site? Is Frank setting up to sue another local government like he did after he was run out of SFPD? My biggest complaint against Mitchell is he hired Rivero. Since Mitchell became sheriff the county has gotten a lot cleaner. The pro-drug crowd never liked that. Now they have they're own candidate. If Frank's good friends are disgraced cops and he can't get ONE of his own co-workers and fellow union members to vote to endorse him - maybe he's got a problem. If he/you think marijuana wasn't destroyed, then call the attorney general and have it investigated.
 

Hi, thanks for your post! Actually, this is not a Rivero political web site. It is simply an anti-corruption blog, named in honor of two people who can logically be held accountable for the brutal travesty we call lake county law enforcement.

Yes ladies and gentlemen we maxed out the Google blogger system, we were approaching critical mass on the current capacity of our original set up. that is an excellent point, we have for a very long time enjoyed all the people who say they don't watch the blog or go on the blog, but golly everyone talks about whats on the blog...LOL We know Rob Brown, Denise Rushing, and all the rest of the supervisors are on the site. Everyone says we don't go on the blog, ya right. This is the biggest communication avenue to hit the county in its history. Like it or not corruption supporters we are here to stay, we will transform into an on line newspaper and continue this blog site in combination with the new paper. This is the Lovelace group.
 

I am thankful for this forum, finally a place where we can post and keep the heat on these guys. There is more then just Crane and Paulich although that is a good start for sure. :-} When does the major outside investigation start, I hope it covers much more then just the helicoptor incident. The dirty laundry that is going to be aired out to dry is huge!!

I completely disagree that the local Lake County News Papers can not or should not report on either debate, for ~any~ reason. I believe it is part of the news media's fundamental responsibility to the local community, the people that sign your paycheck with their subscriptions, to report on this type of activity - even if you moderated the debates. The local people need to be aware of the issues, whether they could attend or not. The video replay is very important, but you can't send a link to someone's front door that has subscribed to your newspaper for the last 20 years that may not be computer savvy. Serve your customers - they provide your paycheck. Pretty scary I even need to mention this to the news media in this day and age.

Third, you can not tell me that salient and objective written reporting of the debates should come in the way of the news medias fundamental obligation to publish issues of paramount public interest due to "editorial philosophies". Horseshit, plain and simple. If your business or personal philosophies don't include serving your paying customers, update your resume and start looking around, your job will be eliminated shortly. Print media is already on the ropes if you haven't noticed. You're simply accelerating a process everyone across the United States in the business has been fighting for 5 + years, but maybe Lake County is an exception.

Specifically, since so many "questionable" issues have surfaced in local Lake County politics as a result of the Dinius case, and received international attention, your "editorial philosophies" are in direct conflict with the people buying your paper, who put food on your table. Get off your high horse and recognize who your customers are, or you may well lose them to people that will report the news if you already haven't.

If you need help figuring out how to objectively report the debates, I'll help you through the process if you really can't do it.

Fourth, the internet has clearly proven you don't have a local monopoly, just ask Hopkins or Mitchell if you don't believe this. And if they don't believe this or don't want to believe this which is what it sounded like in the debates, they're about to learn a very rude lesson about communications and the dissemination of information in the year 2010, a lesson they missed over the last two years.
 

I love it when some incompetent person comes on this site and accuses Rivero of disobeying a lawful order. A lawful order has to be given in a way that the order does not conflict with a statutory law (UCMJ-Blacks Law). Rivero never lost his 1st amendment rights. 113 days have gone by and Mitchell or his GOB's refuses to clear Rivero or charge him. Why? Simple, it is because Mitchell has NOTHING on Rivero and trying to keep Rivero silent during a campaign only helps Mitchell.

Give me one reason to believe Rully's statement had an credibility?

1. She was battered in the head by Rivero? Nope, photo's prove otherwise.

2. She was transported by Rivero? Nope, she was transported by Djurnes.

3. She is credible? Nope, tried this stunt on Durta but didn't work.

4. She needs protecting? Nope, she went public to the press before Rivero was even served.

5. She filed it just after the incident? Nope she waited 1 1/2 months.

6. LCSO aggressively wanted to investigate this? Nope, LCSO waited another 4 months.

7. Rivero might be a danger to the public? Nope, Rivero is not on admin leave, still has his gun, ID and badge.

8. Other witnesses being located? Nope, husband and Dejurnes is still at the same place they were since the incident.

9. There are other victims that night? Nope, only one other female booked that night and again, NOT ONE MARK ON HER FACE.

10. LCSO wanted to protect Rivero? Nope again, Brown tried to order Rivero to shut up and not one deputy including Mitchell has defended Rivero accusations publicly.

If you are a deputy or the wife of one and a female accuses you or your husband of sexual battery in a public form, well over a year since the incident, what would you do? Remember, when Rully accused Dutra of rape she didn't contact the press and it did not take 113 days to conduct that case!

There has always been a lynch pin a lever as an event in a county or city that sets the wheels in motion to change. In Lake Counties case it was the first Dinius trial. In LAPD it was Rodney king, now it appears that Seattle just got their's in the video link post we put up earlier. So it goes on and on, we are fighting our battle here and others from other places. To think that what they are fighting is a model that has the LE and citizens working in concert with each other, identifying priorities, creating long lasting relationships, a transparency of information, allowing the shared knowledge to clean up the crime at this lake, and set standards of cooperation our current BOS does not appear to even fathom. But the entrenched elitist those who feel they have power LE and government alike are fighting that ideal while what they are doing is crumbling around them...The emperor has no clothes!
 

Perdock is no longer with the department and Frankie knows this truth. I’m no one special, just a person who has a grip on reality. Frankie boy has all of his supporters spinning in circles, why? To make fools out of you? It’s time to ask your boy what he knows and why he is keeping you in the dark.

929 you are dumber then a light bulb we don't want Frank to tell us what he knows, we want the person who is responsible to tell us the truth, that would Mitchell and the BOS. We already called Perdock and Garzoli a couple of months ago. So don't think there is some great revelation here. This essentially is old news, its not Franks, or Baxters, or anyone else's job to tell the truth to the public and have transparency. Nice try though.
 

Could be they are going to sacrifice Perdock for the elections and hold Garzoli, if Mitchell wins Garzoli is back, if Mitchell loses Garzoli is out...

I am a well known, creditable person who's family was victimized by the SO, LPPD, DA's offices. Because of the heat put on DA, LE in LC after the Dinius affair, our family has finally been left alone. I have proof and am willing to talk to the FBI or DOJ but only to them. I want to know when they will be doing interviews. Our story will show corruption at the DA/DA investigaters office, a judge, CHP, LCSO dispatch, LCSO, LPPD, DMV (Sacto). I want to tell any LE reading this blog: Think long and hard about what you have said and done in the past to the good people of LC. Who you offended when you should have kept your mouth shut and just done your job. Ask yourselves: who you had a "hard on" for just because they had more than you! You and your LE buddies got a laugh over harrassing people, Right? Well if this site is for real then FEAR because I(we) have not forgotten what was fun and games to you. Yes. I've seen that lately you've become very humble and rather nice but it does not clean the slate. I take pictures now, I record your conversations and I have waited to see you fall! As for money, I am putting it in this election to make sure your bosse's don't get re-elected because they failed to supervise your antics! I will be monitoring this site and it's comments so that I know when to present my proof. To the good guys/gals at LCLE, you know this does not apply to you, be safe! Thank you Lovelace, this is my first and only post but I will come forward for you when the time is right! It would put a smile on you face if I could tell you my real ID but alas we'll save the best for last!
 

There are times when we must crush through the hard shell of ignorance, and the difficult paridigms the local LE is stuck in. As we all can tell by their postings, they are in serious denial, you must at times speak their language, or they can't understand, I am serious about the de-programming, it will be necessary to change the entire thought structure with the local LE. You may think some of the postings are to harsh, but there are times when they must be smacked around a bit or you can't get their attention. I suspect too many people underestimate the difficult task that lies ahead with the total disfunctional nature of the sheriffs and DA's organization. Think twice before you lighten up on them, these are not the sharpest sticks in the wood pile by any stretch. Needing to fix the problems will entail a whole scale disenagration of the current structure and personnal within the two departments, street cops as well as management. In due time as more and more information comes to light you will see why. Do not think for a moment that there is not much much more deception and corruption that is still yet to be realeased, and when it comes to bear, you will think the verbal attacking was far to light. A great majority of the issue as well is that the local LE really does think this movement of the citizens is just a bunch of stupid pot heads, they fail to or cannot recognize that the sharpest quickest thinkers and multi-tasking people are those so called stupid pot heads. Most of the LE wouldn't stand a chance in a verbal debate with these people. Again do not underestimate the low low level of performace and acceptable practices that surround the local LE people and their organization. Should you do so, you will risk losing the elections as well as this opportunity for change.

Interesting gag order request post below, PD Collins and others are requesting a gag order be put in place aganist the sheriffs office, read below and you will see why. What a mess these DA/Sheriff organizations are below this post we will post the laughable post from the DA's office in response to the Gag order request. Unbeliveable.



Robbins' initial public defender, Komnith Moth, said he had a conflict as he has represented a witness in the case against Robbins. Judge Stephen Hedstrom relieved Moth and appointed William Conwell. Moth and misdemeanor public defender, Shawn Collins, filed a motion for a gag order April 26 that seeks to restrict all lawyers, law enforcement and witnesses from giving public statements on the case.

"The Lake County Sheriff's Office has made public statements that will substantially prejudice the defendant's case, as shown by the public reaction to the news reports resulting from these

statements," Collins and Moth stated in the motion. "It is clear that these extrajudicial statements are divulging prejudicial matters, including potentially inadmissible evidence, and that the news reports and public reaction are placing weight on these prejudicial statements."

"Since Mr. Robbins' fair trial right is clearly in danger from further dissemination of the law enforcement's ongoing investigation, as well as witness statements, it is imperative that these parties be warned that they have a duty of discretion in this case. Prosecution and defense counsel are not the only persons who can destroy a fair trial. However, prosecution and defense counsel should be responsible for briefing their agents and witnesses as to the limits of (the rule)," the motion stated. The California State Bar Rule of Professional Conduct 5-120 does not allow public statements concerning the merits of the case or evidence under certain guidelines, according to Collins' motion.

Now is the time to pick up the pace citizens we are on the home stretch...If you want incentive think about this, if Mitchell/Hopkins were to win, then the destruction of our County will be complete, from that point forward all would be down hill, and our population base will decrease further, tourism will be gone, and we will have no reply to those that have been watching across the world for so many months and since the first Dinius trial. When the second trial comes about and Mitchell and Hopkinms will have to take the stand in federal court, we want to be able to say. The citizens have removed these people from office. This must be done!
 

If the silly corruption supporter are trying the old mis-information gag, just re-clarify the timing and locations, we want to keep these posts going up at least once day while we approach the various times and dates. Thanks

Today BOS in another closed door session with another disaplined employee- today. And we have Mitchell who is now asking for a new position to be filled. He's calling it " a Special Victims/Venerable Persons Investigator". Grant Funds not to be allocated until sometime in July.
Now isn't this the same thing that Rivero has said he would do? Rivero wants an Elder Abuse Investigator and he wants an Investigator that specializes in Children. Seems Mitchell is copying Rivero.
Vote No on Mitchell.
 

Wow all these years without a Elder Abuse Investigator and BOOM just before the election Mitchell comes up with a magical grant to fund that position. Why so many years without, but when Rivero brings it up, BOOM money just happens to fall in their hands.

BOS Meeting- Mitchell states for political gain once again " Blantant error that Elder/Child Abuse is not investigated. Also, Rob Brown speaks out and states that there have been allegations that this department has been disbanned. These allegations are not true and are political nonsense, I just wanted to make that clear.
Mike Currant is the investigator and has been pursuing these types of cases for years. We have been getting our funding through the BURN Memorial Grant which is used for many different areas.

So Mitchell and Brown, what your telling us is that although this department exists and you pursue all types of these cases, the ball is dropped apparently in Hopkins court? If through your investigations you find allegations into criminal activitie where seniors and children are involved true, it then goes to the DA's Office correct? '
So apparently, Hopkins chooses not to prosecute a majority of these cases involving seniors. I will take my concerns to him now and see if he throws the ball back into your court!
 

Mitchell is using the BOS meeting for every opportunity to state that all allegations no matter what they pertain to are being used for political gain. Brown is also trying to make it clear using the televised BOS meeting to state the same. I tell ya boys, your few minutes in doing this is NOT going to make a difference. You both have too many negatives marks against you as officials and the result will be your removal from office!

If you listen to Mitchell in his FAQ video on his web site he says that there isn't a elderly/child abuse department. That is if you can stand to listen to all his other lies. I downloaded the video so it is too late to change it, Sorry
 

Check out the latest SA posts? Good reading. What does it say to have world wide support for the citizens to take their county back? Some refer to us as Hazard County. Not a very good image for tourism is it Chamber of commerce? The Chamber should pay more attention to the Commerce part.
 

Post 11:28- This would be a great opportunity to approach Mitchell with yet another lie. Please feel free to ask him why he stated at the BOS meeting May 11th that there is a department yet on his very own website he states diffently! You see, this has been a continuous effort on his part to tell one lie after another after another and another to the point he has forgotten which lie he told when and to whom!
 

I beg to differ there 1:04. Just yesterday my spouse commented to me about the large amount of Rivero for Sheriff signs around the county. There was also mention of the small amount of mitchell and Baxter signs out there too. My spouse is around the lake almost daily and some weeks up on Cobb too. Holbrook for SOS has a lot of signs everywhere too. SO I think you're just blowing smoke.
 

That's funny, I live in Clearlake Park and didn't see one Mitchell sign. I did see several Baxter's and a lot of Rivero signs.
 

Did anyone notice on Mitchell's website, NOT ONE minority deputy supports him and only one female? You also don't see Perdock, Garzoli or any of their immediate family.

What about Captain Crystal Esburg! Mitchell talked about how important she is to be part of his staff, but Captain Esburg is not on Mitchell's endorsement list. Makes sense she is Correctional Officer but is not anywhere near the jail. Sounds like she spoke out and moved to a dark room.

you should have seen them dancing and high fiving hugging each at the so when they thought the blog was shut down . I almost thought mitchell had actually kept a promise .
 

This is the Lovelace group, excellent posts today and we have just returned from a rather eventful meeting, we will post a few items for overview.

First up is the announcement that within roughly a week to 10 days we will be about ready to launch the official Citizens online internet newspaper. We are having discussions on format and approach and layout etc. etc. The goal of this newspaper will be to accomplish an number of things, First to give the citizens a voice, and of course at this point in time to actual provide true journalism and media reporting and to overcome the current campaign blackout that is in effect.

Second will be the Lovelace group reaching out to the public for article submission concerning the corruption and the antics of not only the BOS, but of all government officials, we know we won't have to worry about the Sheriffs office once Rivero is in place. But there is much that will need to be reported on thoughout the county. We will welcome citizens submissions, and we will be posting hard hitting investigative reports on all issues from top to bottom. We will not be boring you with Obits. the pear blossom festival, nor the strawberry girl reports or what ever the hell that crap is called in the LCN.

Next we will use the paper to keep the Record Bee and Lake Co. News honest and use the leverage to force them to become solid investigative reporters in the county. We have established a large network of people inside and outside the system who will help in these processes.

And guess what we would actually report on the debates and the campaigns and all the other items currently left hidden by our local media. Much more to be said on this but that is a rough overview for now. Hope all of you are looking forward to that launch soon.

Next we did some work in the clearlake area, and it is our estimate that Rivero right now has about 63 percent of the voting block in clearlake locked up. This is a good sign as clearlake is a large demographic with many angry and frustrated citizens, those people are looking for change and change they will get.

We will be posting the official lovelace hotline phone number soon, we had launched it a month and a half ago, and then decided to make some changes and handle the incoming calls different, so hopefully today or tomorrow we will give out that number. This will be for anyone who does not have internet or needs to get immediate help with a corruption situation. This is where we are going to be asking the citizens to be the eyes and ears of our county and who need to send immediate information to the Lovelace group. Will post that number today or tomorrow.

As we said lots going on today, looks like everyone has done a great job beating up the 2 corruption supporters who post here, and as usual they do make it easy for you. Post any questions you may have on the above, and most of all please give us your input on the newspaper and what your thoughts are on content and format as we value your opinion on this and how the paper should not only look but function.

THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO STAY and MITCHELL & HOPKINS NEED TO GO!!! The Dinius case attracted nationwide attention for a reason - it was ludicrous to charge Dinius instead of Russ Perdock who was the one and only person responsible for the death of Lynn Thornton. Dinius was acquitted by the jury who saw right through the riduculous charges made by Hopkins. Perdock LIED & LIED & LIED, and all his lies were covered up by Mitchell & Hopkins. None of them deserve to wear a badge. These guys give a new meaning to the word hypocrite!! Get rid of them and do yourself a favor - vote for Rivero and Anderson.
 

Great post 423 ya we understood it was a real ho-down when they thought the site was down, lol, we really loved bringing it back up on those dummies, We understand Mitchell was beat red and angry as hell. And oh by the way when the newspaper launch goes live, the blog will as well stay intact, we will be cross-linking the two site as this venue is very productive we don't want to shut it down.

And thanks for the Spring time post 417, I don't really think the corruption supporters understand how much we enjoy the small subtle joys of life, the comradeship we have with each other and the citizens. The sweet smell of spring is in the air, and we to are blessed by the small wonderful things life sets before us. We were amazed to see how you decided in todays BOS meeting to start up a elder abuse program and just now found the grant money for it. Well heck if if was election time all year around everyone would be taken care of wouldn't. Don't think for a minute these subtle little attempts are overlooked, and don't think for minute we don't get the word out on all of these little scams you try to put forth. It doesn't work Rodney and it won't work.

Now a few more items, We want to try and help you on your speaking in public skills, but first when your little pack around shills got up and walked out of the debate, it really looked bad to the public and those that were attending. You should really try to reel these guys in, they don't look to be the coldest ice-cubes in the old tray.

Now back to your public speaking, it appears very forced, and none genuine, when a person who does not have the greatest vocabulary tries to force to many big words it looks contrived. You also don't look people in the eye, and that is the sign of a person lying. The flow is poor when you speak and comes across like your trying to hard. Now mind you we don't want you to change, and due to your massive ego we know you wont. But we thought we might assist you a bit in these areas.

What were you thinking with Rully Rodney, it looks so bad, so contrived, did you get advice on pulling this out of the closet? By the way do you wonder when the threats against those who had planned to run for sheriff that you committed was going to come back to haunt you? You might want to think about that. Just had a great conversation with a long time supporter, a good person, almost 70 years of age. We have been communicating with him via e-mail. But this was the first time we talked on the phone. A wise individual, He said to us, you know I have never done anything like this before. But for me it started with the Dinius accident. I had never gotten involved and never voted till this year.

This great individual is sharp, is wise to alot and is almost always right in what he says is or has happened. He see's through a lot of years of seeing. We are rewarded sometimes by our efforts and this person is one of those award's.

ePodunk i.e. lake county,if it is actually these percentages are way off, as the housing boom crashed and burned and LC lost a lot of higher income people. From Hidden Valley to the Rivera, take a look at the houses for sale in those areas, terrible to say the least, none the less over ten years that is a lot. There has been an increase in the other demographics, but the total shift is downward. We think the new census may show a decrease in population in the thousands. We can guarantee you the loss in bed tax and property tax is pinching the local government big time and more cuts are coming in the state. Not a pretty picture. However the public discontent for Mitchell Hopkins for the part they have played in destroying our tourism and credibility is why Rivero will win the upcoming election.

Oh Mitchell you dirty player. I was at Konocti Vista talking to a few of the tribal members. Seems someone from the Sheriff's Office had been telling everyone that if you are convicted of a felony you can not vote!

That just is not true. Only if you are in custody are you not able to vote. Come on Mitchell, that old wise tale was changed years ago. So if someone tells you that you can not vote because you committed a felony, tell them they are dead wrong.
 

Steve Brooks is a detective with LCSO. He has been there over 15 years and is very well respected. He received numerous citizens awards for his work in Elder Abuse and is now the leading detective for the marijuana eradication program. He is a good cop and never stabbed a fellow deputy in the back. If he has a problem with you, he confronts you and talks it out without threats. A good man.

Steve, step back and take a look at what Mitchell has done just in the last few years. Think of how he couldn't control Perdock. How Garzoli got promoted even after his numerous blunders that even this blog does not know of. How about the times we watched McMahon mess with fellow LCSO deputies or Brown's promotion with no supervisory experience. If you feel Rivero is not your choice, than pick Baxter for he is an honest person.

I pick Rivero. I believe an overview board of some type is needed. To much of a mess has been done with Perdock, Garzoli, racial and sexist throughout LCSO. It needs to change.

We don't quite buy that one Rivero 4 sheriff everything but the he's a good man. It is impossible to imagine a person, who can be that ignorant of what and who he is supporting. He cannot be sharp or he would essentially understand what you are saying and never would have made that decision in the first place. How do Sheriff Mitchell and District Attorney Hopkins expect to be re-elected after the injustice they bestowed on Bismark Dinius in order to save their friend? The worst part is that the injustice continues. To my knowledge Russell Perdock has not been charged with manslaughter, so, there's still no justice! The good old boys club is alive and kicking in Lake County.

I personally rarely vote for any candidates unless I really, really like them and I vote against someone I really, really don't like. It would be interesting if the candidates don't get enough votes to be put in office in the first place. That's if there's a requirement to have a significant number of votes to even be put into office. Go to the polls for the issues, but please read them. TV ads distort them. Know what you're voting for.

This seems to be the consensus this time around. Alot of folks out there have either never voted or rarely vote. I was speaking with a group of about 10 yesterday and they said the same. When asked if they planned on voting this election they stated oh yeah, its time and there is reason to. They had faith many years ago with the election of Mitchell and Hopkins but after finanlly waking up and taking note to what is going on, they would crawl to the polls to see to it they are removed! They are not sure on Rivero and really like Baxter but still not sure who they will vote for!
 

I would think as a detective and working with the SO he would know better than to put his name on the same side with Mitchell. Leaves me with a distaste of trust. Anyone knowing boating laws knew Russ Perdock was the sole reason of that accident. To charge Dinius and cover for Perdock was the plan of Mitchell and Hopkins. But, they needed collusion to carry it out and got it. I will add another name to my list not to trust. I cannot fathom how someone can say he's done an ok job because it stinks to high heaven.
 

Make sure all of you go to that comments section of the RB and post on Bonnies comment and put the hammer down on Mitchell and Hopkins and thank Bonnie.

Notice how LCN refused to post that this was Rivero's idea, and that this has been a part of his campaign all along and Mitchell is just trying to get traction from it. LCN has gone totally off the deep end.

Look at facts and than look into your heart. Listen throughout the county and fellow workers. A day does not go by that someone talks about the Dinius case. Mitchell walking right up to and hugs Perdock in the middle of the investigation. Mitchell doesn't call for Napa SO to take over (yet several live nearby). Mitchell ordered Perdock not to access the report but he did and twice. Perdock talked Mitchell into allowing his mechanic into the barn where his boat is being stored as evidence. Of course Hopkins also screws that up too. This incident is known nation wide.
After that we have Garzoli. He flips a car at 100mph just to go him and doesn't get fired but another deputy just off the FTO program totals a car at Hwy20 and the Cuttoff and he got fired. Garzoli's sexist remarks and bully tactics are known throughout the office and jail. LCSO spends thousands of dollars to give him computer training but just after working on the Computer Task Force he quits. Then he writes into a DEA grant that they must pay for his pilot training. Mitchell even signs the DEA grant first telling the BOS he was not aware of this, then later saying, "not to that extent." Also left out was the incidents involving Morshed's little past mishaps. I remember when a Deputy Chief at the jail got canned for doing less! We also have Bealand's termination. To end it all, how about the IA against Rivero. I have no problem with LCSO conducting an investigation, but waiting four months (just two months before the election) to conduct an IA is very questionable. Rully went public so all of the so called rules of keeping an IA quit just went out the window. It has been 120 days and still no charges against Rivero. Lets hope this does not happen to you.

The racist and terrible videos posted there are in support of you and against Rivero. These are the people who are voting for you Mr. Mitchell, you must issue an immediate statement indicating you are not associated with anyone in this county and that their votes are not welcome by you. If you do not do so and put the public at ease concerning this, we have to assume you endorse this activity and invite these votes. You must do the right thing.

The BOS should also issue a statement against this activity and indicate to Mr. Mitchell that he should issue a statement as described. There are far to many people in our county like this and they are supporting Sheriff Mitchell.

These are the people who are voting for you Mr. Mitchell, you must issue an immediate statement indicating you are not associated with anyone in this county and that their votes are not welcome by you. If you do not do so and put the public at ease concerning this, we have to assume you endorse this activity and invite these votes. You must do the right thing.

The BOS should also issue a statement against this activity and indicate to Mr. Mitchell that he should issue a statement as described. There are far to many people in our county like this and they are supporting Sheriff Mitchell.

Mr. Mitchell you should also contact UTUBE and ask them to remove this video for the sake of these elections and because it is the right thing to do. It does not matter if this individual has been around the county for some time nor what his MO is. To not contact UTUBE and request this could only mean you endorse this type of activity.

really do not know who to believe, but note that our neighbors, more than one have Rivero signs in our yard. I have not asked them why, but know them to be good people.

This makes me think that I will vote for Rivero, though I really do not know what is really going on here.

Over the past several months, the suspect has made attempts to intimidate my daughter and I, in addition, Sgt.Leffler has committed criminal acts against myself and my four children. Whereas she stopped us on a public street in broad daylight with her boyfriend near her in a Lake County Sheriff uniform, held her hand on her gun and put her other hand in the air, demanding us to stop. Sgt.Leffler is a Correctional Officer, which means she has NO RIGHTS as a peace officer after she leaves work. In other words, she has no powers of arrest when not on duty, plane and simple she is as ordinary as you or I when not in the conduct of employment.
Sgt. Leffler committed several criminal acts, including false imprisonment, inpersonating a peace officer, ulawful use under the color of authority, witness intimidation and conspiricy to insite a riot.
Have you heard about this? You won't, its being swept under the rug, by the Lake County Sheriffs Department. Another cover up to protect their own.

So, Mr Douglas,what I am hearing from you,Frank, is that you will be calling all the Deputies in for a 'chat'. I will assume that includes Brown, Garzoli, Perdock, and any other person working for the SO. If they agree to go with your program they can continue working for the department. If they choose to not work with you, then what? You did not answer the question. What are you going to do with the Deputies that you deem 'corrupt'? If Brown, Perdock, and Garzoli come into your meeting, and swear allegiance to you, what do you tell the Lovelace supporters that have been calling for their ouster, including criminal charges? WHo do you appease?

Oliver(Frank) where is the transparency? You did not recieve any endorsement votes from any of the Deputies. What if all the Deputies quit? Are you going to do an I.A. on Brown, Perdock, Garzoli? What is your plan Frank? And what do we care if the 'other SO's' are working both sides of the fence? Does that mean that you, Frank, if elected are going to 'blackball' the current Deputies?

Frank, I understand management and have a certificate from Sonoma State to prove it. I do not think you have a realistic plan formulated to address the issue. Maybe, just maybe, you could put into writing what your plans are? It may make a difference in who I vote for.

Ok post 1015 lets talk crime stats the most current ones run up to 2008 and on average from 2008 to 2010 we have seen an average 22 percent increase or greater in almost every crime tracked lets list a few.

Arson in 2007 there were 7 in 2008 there were 11 a almost 13 increase, in 2010 there have alreeady been 9!

Auto theft in 1999 there were 63 in 2008 there were 82 and in 2009 almost 100

Let's talk about rapes my friend in 1999 there were 3 in 2008 there were 14!! and it has gotten worse in the past 2 years.

Murders 1999 0 reported in 2008 2 and as we all know this has gotten a lot worse and the stats don't list Lynn Thorton as they should!!

The other thing to look at is when LCN knew about the termination, if it was when the Lovelace group knew it, then the question will be by what collusion with the sheriffs office did you hold the story till this date, we think we have answer for that but will hold for right now.
